Richard and Damien looked at me as tho I was cursed. It seemed now that my baby was in danger of my own family and the man I love. Cale was hurt and I held him close to me.

"Christy you need to think about yourself right now, this baby could be the death of you!" Damien yelled at me.

"Christy I've heard of human mothers giving birth to these monsters and they all end with the mother dead!" Richard said and I tuned them out.

I stood up and helped Cale. I put his arm over my shoulder and walked him over where I saw his car. I placed him in the drivers seat. I locked the doors with us inside. Richard and Damien still barking at me.

Cale took a while but finally recovered from the blows he took from his brother.

He drove me home and I insisted he stay with me in case Damien or Richard try to pull anything.

Mom made me dinner and tried to make something for Cale but he told her he ate earlier. I grinned at him as I ate. I could hear him talk into my head. "Your mom is very nice" He said and I smiled.

"Thanks, it hasn't been easy since my dad died" I said and he frowned.

"Christy I knew your father when Richard told me about him and I went to go see him for my self. He wasn't a werewolf because he didn't kill anyone. Your were only two when I first met you. I became good friends with your dad but he never let me see your mom in case I met her later in life" Cale said and I smiled.

"Yeah well now your stuck with it" I joked.

I finished eating and we went to my room. I sat on the bed and turned on the television. I patted the bed so Cale could sit with me.

We soon watched a long movie.

I fell asleep.

I could feel Cale play with my hair and watch me sleep. I laid my head on his chest. He was cold but comforting.

I awoke the next morning and Cale was still next to me.

Then a huge flash of light over came my eyes. My mom stood with a camera.

Cale sat up quickly.

"Aw that was adorable. I'll go get that developed today" she said with a smile.

I looked over at Cale.

"You do show up in photos and its all a myth" I said worried.

"Yes we do" he said and tilted his head back. "Just a myth".

"Christy! Uncle Richard is here to see you!" mom called from down stairs.

I looked at Cale and told him to stay in my room.

I headed down stairs to wonder what he wanted.

"Hey Christy!" Richard said and hugged me.

"Its time you met the pack" he whispered in my ear.

He walked me out to his car. Cale stood at my window then in a second he was hopping in the car.

"Oh hell no Cale get the fuck out of my car!" Richard yelled at him.

"Your not taking Christy anywhere with out me!" Cale screamed inside the car.

Richard finally just let it go and started driving.

We soon came to this small house out in the woods with a open field surrounded by trees.

A lady stepped out of the house.

"Richard? Who you got there?" the lady said and pointed at me in the car.

He got out and walked over to her giving her a kiss on the cheek.

"Darling this in my niece Christina and her friend Cale" Richard answered and the lady hugged me.

Then a group of people started coming out of the house. About ten people possibly kids.

"Oh Christy these are my kids" Richard said putting his hand out to the group of people.

"This is Lou, Martin, Bobby, Jed, Mubiana, Derek, Catherine, Jasper, Daniel, And Zackeria" Richard said and I stood still.

"So this is our cuz Christy isn't it" Lou said and he had to be about thirty.

"Yes she is Lou" Richard answered.

They walked me into their home and Cale was staggered behind.

"Welcome to the home for the dogs" Richard said and they all laughed with him.

I calmly smiled.
