Don't Call Me Jimin, Call Me Dad

JIMIN POV

I woke up to a white light shining through my eyes. I sat up and everything was black. What the heck? I rubbed my head feeling dizzy. Suddenly I heard a fainted voice say,

"Dad..."

I looked around and saw TingTing laying on the floor with a rope around her chest and stomach with a piece of cloth tied around her mouth. Her face looked beaten and scratched. I quickly scooted over to her when someone grabbed me by my arm and held me up.

"Nice to meet you...Jimin. I am Baekhyun. Or should I say...TingTings guardian."

TingTing Managed to get the cloth off her mouth and it was now hanging on her neck.

"Oh my gosh!!! Shut up!! You are not my guardian!! Jimins is!!", she cried out.

"What did you just say?", Baekhyun let go of Jimin and walked over to TingTing. He knelt down and looked her in the arms. 2 seconds later he grabbed TingTings arms and yanked her up. I got so scared for TingTing and I wasn't gonna let him touch my daughter.

"Dont touch her!!!", I screamed. I was walking closer to him when all of a sudden he pointed gun at me.

"NOOOO!!! STOP!!! PLEASE IM BEGGING YOU!", TingTings tears fell down her face and her legs were shaking. I hated the sight of this.

"What do you want from us?", I asked with my arm sticking out.

"I want TingTing, After all, we are actually related. I am her uncle from her moms side, so I have the right to take her, not some stranger like you."

"Pffff...please, I'd rather be related to a rock...And I would never be your kid.", she scoffed.

I gave her a small smile until Baekhyun said something that I knew TingTing would have trouble processing.

"Fine. We will do this the hard way.", he said glaring.

"I won't shoot your dad if you agree to be mine, And if you dont, I will shoot your dad right here and now."

TingTings eyes widened and she dropped to the floor.

"Dad!! What do I do?!", she screamed.

"TingTing! Dont fall for-"

"SILENCE! This is her decision. One more word from you and you know what will happen."

TingTing looked up at the both of us in horror.

"BANG!!!!!"

"AHHH!!!", TingTing screamed so loud that her voice was cracking. She unraveled herself from the ropes and walked over to me.

"Wait? Dad? Your still standing?"

I realized that I wasn't shot.

I looked to my right and saw Baekhyun on the floor with blood running out of his arms. His eyes were rolled to the back of his lids and I looked out the window..Red,White,And blue lights.

....The police.

Once the police took him away, I looked over at TingTing who was in the corner with her face buried into her knees. I ran over to her and rubbed big and comforting circles on her back.

She looked up at me in fright, but then she gave me a big and tight hug.

"DAD!!!", she was crying hardly into my shoulders.

"Im okay, im okay my dear.", I said playing with the back of her hair. She broke the hug and looked into my eyes while she was still kneeling.

"You could have been shot! What would I ever do if you went away?", she Said sobbing.

"Its alright TingTing. Dont cry.."

She laid down while she rested her head on my lap, once she relaxed a bit, I asked her,

"What would you have said?"

"I would have gone with him...So you could be safe, And if I never saw you again, I would have wanted you to start a family, and live happily without me. I just want you safe daddy, I don't care what condition I'm in, as long as you are safe."

I started to tear up from what she said.

"I love you so much TingTing, You are my one and only. And I will protect you, and keep you safe...Forever."

I kissed her forehead and we went home to go tell the boys the news of what happened. We walked outside the unknown abandoned building and when TingTings face hit the light, I saw her beaten up face. I stroked her cheek and said,

"Why don't we call Dr.Sehun to come and dress up your wounds?"

"Sounds good."

I held her hand and we walked home.
