From The High

I am jst a lil gurl

Alone in my lil world

Dreaming abt a lil happy place for me

I try to reach the sky

but i know it wouldnt Happen if try,

So i lie awake at nyt

Watching stars shining brightly

I have a dream

To touch the sky

From the high

Thats where i wana be...

Walking in this rocky path

I know it would never last

Hurting my feet every inch to last

As i walk bare footedly

I look at the sky above me

Watching birds fly reckless happily

And I realized thats where i wana be...

Now i am old feeling dark and grey

Having regrets i wouldnt say

Happy with this life i am willing to leave...

Yea i lived it full

I lived it well

There are many stories i lived to tell

Thats more than enough for me

So i am ready now
