On September 4th, singer Audrey Blanchard was opening for the pop-rock band The Vamps at the Bridgewater Hall in her hometown of Manchester. When reaching out to some of her fans, one of them. She was grabbed falling from a 3 foot high stage to the steel fencing that is supposed to separate the crowd from the performing artist. Following that, according to a press release she ended up concussed with, a bruised rib and a fractured right elbow. The young singer and the band, she was opening for have decided to cancel the final two concerts and the potential attendees have been refunded.
Since then there's been no news on her condition until today.

A couple of hours ago, American singer Camila Cabello, 20, ex-member of girl band "Fifth Harmony" tweeted a photo of young Audrey. In the photo, she looks pensive and healthy.
Now, how do the two singers know each other ? Why did Cabello say "lil bean", is she mocking Audrey for her weight ? Is this a product placement for Heinz ?
