"I'd ask you to continue with what happened next and what you said to Mason but how about we bring the man himself out here" Richard said holding his hands out to welcome him.

"Dude what has it been 3 years?" Dylan asked him while giving him a manly hug.

"Yeah at least I heard about your book and stuff so I came back to the states to congratulate your success in person, I also saw that I was one of the people you dedicated it to".

"Well ladies and Gentlemen we'll be back with more after the break"

"After graduation I’m gonna travel the world... You know see places. Do stuff. Maybe I’ll meet someone I don't know but my life isn’t the same as it was 3 months ago."

"Yeah well 4 months ago I’m pretty sure if some man in a limo threatened you you'd be like "yeah do your worst"

"Ha-ha that’s probably true."

Graduation was next week and Mason the other guys and I had already started planning our futures. I was signing with the English major league soccer team as well as Real Madrid the English Premier League. All up my contract was worth 78 million dollars. But I didn’t give a f#*k about the money. It'd give me a chance to get out of NY.

Too many memories... Regrets and mistakes too much had happened. I needed to get out.

Mason was moving to Paris with Gigi after graduation, a lot of the other team mates were moving interstate. A couple of them had been hired as coaches.

"I can't believe you gave up on the rule book man, it had potential"

"Yeah I should totally write a book"

"Well it did work for a while."

"It worked if you stuck to it, and due to... Circumstances that obviously didn’t work out... well it just didn’t work out"

"You should have told her that you love her... Its better to try and fail than not try at all."

"Yeah now you tell me... I have the guide to womanizing not the guide to romance".

"Redefine womanizing then"

I actually took Mase's non-serious advice and put a pen to paper. A couple months later I took it through editing, who took it through more editing. This then led to designing a book cover and then publishing. It was an auto biography of my life.

"I was amazed at the success. But I was hoping a certain French girl would read it. I think i'd gotten over it. I thought I’d gotten over it..." Dylan trailed off.

The audience sighed; they were deeply engrossed in Dylan's story. A couple were even in tears.

"So do you blame her father for what happened?" Richard asked

"Of course not. I should have told her I loved her, at least I would of known that I tried"

"I mean I tried to tell him" Mason added,

"Ha-ha you did" Dylan laughed.

"So Mason what are you doing with your life now?" Richard asked him.

"Well I’m playing soccer over in France, I'm still with the beautiful Gigi Moliere, and Ahh most importantly we're engaged" he added cheerfully.

Dylan's face fell, but only momentarily.

"You know I was quite surprised when you agreed to do this candid interview... Why did you agree to do it?"

"Yeah I suppose your right, especially when it's a story without a happy ending." Dylan to Richard.

"See that’s where you’re wrong..." Richard smiled wickedly.
