Don't Leave Me

Chapter 4

(Mackenzie's POV)

Today was the day. The first recording.

I'm probably making a big deal about nothing, but it's nerve racking. This is the start of a huge chapter in my life and in the girls' life.

I woke up to the house in total mayhem. The girls were running around, throwing clothes to each other and screaming about anything and everything. 'What the hell is going on out here?" I scream in the midst of all of the craziness.

"We are trying to get ready!"

"I see that." I giggle a bit as I see Madison continue to throw clothes throughout the room. "Guys, it's going to be fine. We have worked out asses off to get to this point. Remember when we said we were going to own LA? Well today's our day. We just need to do what we have been doing for years. I know, we have a lot to live up to. But think, we worked so hard to get here, why would we stop? They must have liked us if they signed us, so lets go in there and show them what we've got." They all looked at me with tears in their eyes.

"Mackenzie, what would we do without you?" they said in unison.

"I really have no idea." We all laughed as the chaos that was present before drifted away.

I quickly took a shower and dried my hair. I curled my hair, and then I toke the side pieces and met them in the back. I threw on my favorite cropped All Time Low tee and put on my high waisted skater skirt. I threw on my favorite pair of vans, and my outfit was complete. I did very simple makeup, and I was ready. Probably as ready as i'd ever be.

(Luke's POV)

Recording was never really nerve racking to me. To be honest, I have been doing it for so long that it's kinda just second nature to me. I always enjoy every recording session we do. Every session we do is different, and something intresting always happens. We walked into the studio, just like any other day. But this time, we were going in with new music and with the goal of creating our new album.

We finished our first song after about an hour of being in the studio. At this point, we were all tired and were about to pass out on the couches. Calum decided that it would be a good idea for us to go to a party for some girl he just met. We didn't drink or anything, because if we did our manager would have killed us. Anyways, I wasn't in the mood for a hangover. He claims that this girl was just a friend and that he wanted to "stay single" for a while, which is complete bull. After him and his girlfriend broke up a few months ago, he's been thirsty as ever. Every time we accuse him of it, he doesn't deny it.

We were about to pass out when Mackenzie walked in. The Mackenzie. The girl that I have been fantasying over for months. The girl that I have been talking about for months. There she was.

She looked so perfect. Her hair looked incredible, as it framed her face perfectly. She was wearing makeup, when I know she doesn't need it. Her skirt fit her body perfectly and made her All Time Low tee look even better. I was in aw and to be honest, I was intimidated too. Her manager greeted Rick, our producer, and motioned the girls to come in. I looked over to see the boys practically drooling over the rest of the girls.

"Hey boys! I'd like you to meet Mackenzie, Madison, Bianca, and Victoria," Kelly exclaimed as she walked about to Rick.

"Hello, this Is Calum, Ashton, Michael, and i'm Luke." I said with a smile. I couldn't help but stare at Mackenzie. I have never seen someone so gorgeous in my life.

(Mackenzie's POV)

Holy mother of gorgeous boy. Luke was stunning. I know, what a weird word to describe a boy, but it's true. As I walked into the studio, I couldn't help but stare at him. His bring blue eyes pierced me and made me feel like I was melting. He had a slight smile, which made his lip ring stand out even more. His hair was styled in the perfect quiff, and his beanie was showing it off. He was clearly trying to make me think he was attractive and to be completely honest, it was working. When he spoke, you could deffinently tell that he was australian. His voice killed me.

"Hey." I responded back. I looked at him with a smile as he stared back. I could look at him all day.

"Okay girls, I have a meeting to go to, so if you want you guys can stay here. I figured that you guys would want to know of another new recording band." Kelly grabbed her things and quickly walked out with Rick close behind.

"Well boys, lets show them what we've got," Michael said with a smile as he walked over to the guitar rack. The boys followed. Michael passed Luke a guitar, and they began to tune. It wasn't long until they began to play.

They finished the song, and I was in total aw.

We sat in silence for about twenty seconds after they finished playing before we all clapped. Ashton then spoke up.

"Alright, so we are all here together; what do you guys want to do? I'd rather not sit in here all day."

"Let's go out to eat. I'm starving and I haven't eaten all afternoon." Bianca replied.

We began walking to go to this diner as Luke fell back behind the group with me.
