Yui's Recovery

Ohayo guys! I am so sorry for delaying my progress on this fanfic. I had a writer's block and didn't want to write a whole bunch of shit. From now on I will try to update weekly, but if I'm really busy it will be monthly. I appreciate all of you who motivate me to write, and I love to see the reads! Anyways I hope you enjoy this chapter.

**AYATO'S P.O.V**

"Yui?" I asked while moving through the forest outside the walls.

"Sheesh. This is no time for games. Titans hide in here and I'm too tired to fight them. Come out already!" I yelled. I turned a right at a huge log. I rolled the log over as I heard someone puff.

"YUI!" She had been turned upside underneath the log. Her clothes were shredded. Her hair was no longer than beautiful blonde, it appeared as if it was burned. I turned her body over. She was always smiling... this is the first time I've seen her with this sad expression.

I performed CPR but she was unresponsive.

"DAMN IT! DON'T GIVE UP ON ME!" I kept compressing on her chest.

But, this is just a nightmare.....

*Ayato awakes from his daydream*

Kanato slaps my forehead while cursing at me.

"AYATO! Have you gone deft?" My younger brother asked me.

"No. Anyways which hospital did Subaru take her to?" I asked.

"Subaru informed that she was unconscious before taking her. If she's unconscious, I presume he took her to the most nearby aid facility." Reji stated.

"Well, where would that be then?" Shuu questioned.

Laito took a compass out his pant pocket. " It should be northeast, inside a small village. I remember the route to get there. That's right I remember our 30th mission. Laito said while smiling and giving a peek of his sharp fangs.

"I need someone to draw me a quick sketch of Trost though."

Reji drew the map of Trost on the top of the building with a pebble. Laito crouched down to the ground while asking stupid questions like 'What's that landmark?' and so on.

"Okay I'm confident of the course now boys." Laito stood up from the ground.

"Ha pretty obscure to see you trying to help Laito" Shuu retorted.

"STOP SCREWING AROUND. We leave immediately. We've wasted enough time. Laito direct us. " Ayato said.

We used our 3DMG gear to get off of the Trost building. We then went to a nearby stable that held our horses. Laito was in the front for once. He's always been good with maps.

That girl she really is troublesome. Why would she endanger herself. I told her that Eren and I would be duelling and to wait for me on the roof of the Trost buildings. How did she collapse? While I wasn't watching did one of the military police constables poison her. They hate scouts especially newbies. All she had to do was watch? If she had fell she would've...would've

WAIT?!

Why am I thinking about her like this? Her father sold her to us for sole purpose of her being our being just our...........Regardless, I'm glad Subaru saved her.

Our horses reached the destination. It was a desilate village with a lot of vegeatation. As we made our way more inward I noticed the amount of families there were. Yui used to have a family too....WHY AM I THINKING THIS?
