Chapter 12

It's the next day. We all stayed up late to watch the Jimmy Fallon show when it aired. Olivia didn't, she was asleep. We told her it comes out in the morning so we watched it this morning too.

Today I'm headed to MTV's TRL. It's going to be fun. I get to preform Why and also play a few games with the hosts and answer some questions.

We walked around NYC while we waited to got there. At three o'clock we went to the studio. I was supposed to start the questions and games at four. The show starts at 3:30 but we have to get there early to set up and get ready and stuff.

So an hour later it's time for my to go to the floor.

The three hosts announce me and I come walking in.

"Hi Sabrina. Welcome" The girl, who's name was Tamara says. There were three hosts Tamara, DJ and Erik.

"Thank you" I say.

"We are really excited to hear about you and your new music but first let's talk about you being youtube's artist on the rise. What was it like to get that message?" She asks.

"It was super cool. There's so many cool artists on the rise" I say.

"That's a incredible honor so congrats" Erik says.

"Thank you" I say.

"So we know already you a incredible voice. We know this but we want to put it to the TRL test against Tamra" He says.

"Let's do it" I say.

"So this is songify anything" He says.

We basically turned bad yelp reviews into a song. I picked number four and they gave me the genre country and I sang what they had on the card.

Then Tamara went. She chose number two. Her genre was R&B. They took her mic and auto tuned it a lot.

Then I went again. I chose card number one and originally he said opera then changed it to pop. I sang it and the game was over. I guess I won.

Next was the questions. I talked to a few fans since it was a commercial break then it started.

"Let's talk about your Why music video that just dropped." She says.

"Yeah. It came out last week" I say.

"So you had Bradley Steven Perry obviously a good friend of yours play your love interest and you daughter, Olivia was also in it" She says.

"Yeah. It was fun having Bradley do it with me. He's a great actor and that's what I wanted. I wanted a actor just not another pretty face. He saw me looking at potential people to play the love interest and he volunteered. I loved having Olivia do the music video with me. She almost got cut because me or her kept messing up, I think it was because we were together. The director was getting mad and she was almost cut" I say.

"Do you want to the age old question or really the three year old question?" She asks.

"Sure" I say. I had no idea what they are talking about or what this question is going to be.

"The question everyone is dying to know, who is Olivia's father?" She says.

I give ones of those faces where I looked like I didn't want to answer. I didn't write it in the contract for this talk show because I think it is time to announce it.

"I'm going to answer the main theory that has been going around since the day she was born" I say. Even though it was really since everyone found out I was pregnant with her.

"Go for it" She says.

"Yes Bradley is her father, yes Bradley knows and yes Olivia knows. As for me as Bradley right now we are just friends and that's about it" I say and everyone cheers the loudest I have heard since I got here. I smile a little and laugh a little bit. It's finally out.

"And there you have it. The thing everyone has wanted to know for years. We will be back right after this break" She says.

I'm so happy I don't have to answer any further questions. I got to take a fifteen minute break. I went back to my dressing room where Sarah and Olivia were.

"Hi" I say when I walk in sounding completely normal. They were watching and know what just happened.

"I'm kinda shocked you just did that" Sarah says.

"It was only a matter of time" I say.

I get a text from Bradley. Apparently he was watching the show.

Bradley: Thanks for that
Me: Your welcome

Fifteen minutes later the entire band went out. We are preforming Why. Olivia, my mom and dad sat in front of the audience and watched.

We sing the song and then the show was over. We go back to the dressing rooms and pack up then leave and go back to the hotel.

Me, Sarah and Olivia were hanging out in the hotel room. Olivia was on the floor playing with some toys and me and Sarah were sitting in our beds.

I decided I needed to post something on Instagram about Bradley and Olivia.

I posted two BTS pictures from the Why music video. It was like ones of those swipe to see more pictures thing. The first one was of the three of us sitting in the booth. It was me on the right, Bradley on the left and Olivia sitting on our laps. Then the next one was the picture Sarah took of the three of us jumping on the bed. It was taken from pretty far away so you couldn't see our like faces but you could tell it was us. I captioned it 'Our kid' since me and Bradley both called her kid in the music video.
