Chapter 15

Today is the AMAs (American Music Awards) and I'm really excited.

Normally for awards shows Olivia does not come with me and this time is no different. I bring her to smaller red carpets and sometimes movie premieres depending on the movie and depending on where we are I let her walk to red carpet with me.

Today Olivia is going to Bradley's house and sleeping there. This is her first time having a sleepover at his house. I'm a little nervous. I'm sure they'll be fine. I know he is good with her and I'm pretty sure he could handle it. I'm more nervous about the fact that she rarely has sleepovers. The only place she has had or attempted a sleepover was Sarah's house. She has had plans to sleep over there about six times and four out of those six times she has made me come pick her up in the middle of the night.

I'm on my way to Bradley's now with Olivia then I'm headed to my make up artist and hair person's house.

We arrive at his house and I get out of the car then take Olivia out. I get her little backpack from next to her car seat and reach out to hand it to her.

"I don't need it. Daddy has clothes for me" She says.

"Bring it just incase" I say. I wouldn't be too surprised if Bradley went out and bought her clothes and toys but you never really know.

We go up to the front door and she rings the door bell.

30 seconds later Bradley answers.

"Hi guys" He says.

"Hey" I say.

"Hi. Who's that?" Olivia asks.

I look through the door and notice Jake Short sitting on the couch. That's Bradley's best friend.

"That's Jake. He needed help with a audition. He's leaving soon" Bradley says.

Jake waves to us and I wave back.

"Bye mommy" Olivia says and walks into Bradley's house. I get no hug or anything. She must be really excited to sleep as Bradley's.

"Bye Livy. Bye Bradley. Thank you" I say.

"Bye" He says.

Bradley's POV:

Olivia walks into my house and goes right up to Jake.

"Hi" She says.

"Hi" He says back to her.

"What were you doing?" She asks him.

"Me and your daddy were running lines for a tv show I'm auditioning to be in." He says.

"Ok. Daddy can we go to my room?" She asks me.

"Sure" I say.

"I'm going to leave now. I'll see you guys later" Jake says.

"Bye Jake" I say.

"Bye" Olivia says.

Jake leaves and me and Olivia go upstairs.

"What do you want to play with?" I ask.

"I want to color" She says.

I get her coloring book and markers that were on a shelf and we go back downstairs and sit at the kitchen table.

She starts coloring in ones of the pages.

"Your mommy is going to be on the tv tonight" I say.

"She's always on tv" Olivia says.

"That's true but do you want to watch it?" I ask.

"Sure. I always watch mommy when she is on tv" She says. "Have you ever been on tv?" She asks.

"Yeah. I've been in a lot of tv shows and movies" I say.

"Next time can we watch some?" She asks.

"Sure" I say.

So I fed her, I ordered pizza. I don't know how to cook. Then helped her get into her pajamas. Sabrina packed her a bag of clothes but she didn't want to wear those. She wanted to wear something that I got her. After that we went downstairs. I got a blanket and we sat on the couch. I turned on the AMAs, Sabrina is going to be presenting on it. We were sitting right next to each other and she was using my arm as a head rest.

She was bored watching it. I expect her to mostly just watch cartoons. She was sitting on my phone going through pictures.

"Your naked in this one" She says and shows me the picture. It was from when I was in Hawaii with my friends over the summer. I wasn't naked, I was just shirtless. I was at the beach and my friend took it.

"I'm not naked" I say.

"Yes you are. I can see your belly button. Your naked" She says and points to my belly button in the picture.

"Fine I'm naked" I say. I don't see any sense in arguing with a three year old. I just hope she doesn't tell Sabrina she saw a picture of me 'naked'

"I told you" She says.

"Your mommy wears shirts where you can see her belly button a lot. Does that mean she is naked?" I ask. I asked that mainly out of curiosity just to see what she thinks.

"Yeah. If I can see your belly button that means your naked" She says.

"Good to know. Now I'll never let you see my belly button" I say.

About ten minutes later Sabrina came on the tv.

"Look there's your mommy" I say and Olivia puts the phone down.

"That's my mommy!" She exclaims.

"Yeah" I say.

"That's my mommy!" She repeats.

Once Sabrina was done presenting they go to Shawn Mendes and he starts singing his song.

"And now she's gone" Olivia says and looks back to my phone.

About twenty minutes later she falls asleep. She fell asleep in my lap which was really cute. I watched the rest of the show. It was really long. It was like three hours long.

Once it was over I scooped her up and held her like a baby and put her in her room on the bed. I put the blanket on her and said, "Goodnight Olivia"
