Falling deeper (chapter 20)

HARRYS POV:

Before we find out if Niall is still alive I have to find a way to win back melanys heart. I can't go on with Niall having a slight chance of being alive and her in love with him.

She looked at me shocked. her beautiful crystal blue eyes turned ocean blue. Yes. That's how I know how a wave of confusion has crossed her eyes then her face. It's just as like I met her for the second time. Her hair dancing with the wind. The drops of rain falling onto her hair and her bangs cut unevenly. She's just perfect.

"That day... You said you had one more question to ask me but never did. What was it?" She said starting off the game.

"Well... It was Is there any way I can convince you into loving me... And that's my question right now.

"Hold me... Care for me... Love me... Now here's my question... Will you do all those things?" She asked. I can feel my heart about to burst. With every word she made me fall in love with her all over again.

I pulled her hand so she stood up and hugged her.

"I love you." I whispered. We pulled out the hug and her ocean blue eyes turned sky blue for the first time. Is this lust? Is that what she is feeling? Is this her face of love? Well it's perfect. Just like her. It's beautiful. Just like her. I want to help her know this. I want her to forgive me for all the pain I've ever caused her.

"Yes I will. Now here's my question. Will you ever forgive me for breaking your heart?" I said.

"Yes. Will you ever forgive me for moving on to easily?"

"Yes. Are you still in love with Niall?"

"I wouldn't say I'm in love but I'm not completely over him that's why with seeing him I'm hoping to reassure my feelings. Why did you always get drunk after our break up?"

"I was never over you. I never wanted to let you go in the first place it's just... I thought you didn't love me... Did you ever love me?" I asked. I was waiting for her answer which either made my whole world crash and burn or come together.

"No." She replied. I can feel my heart sinking as deep as it can go hitting the floor then shattering it to thousands of pieces. What is life?

"I've never stopped loving you." She replied.

"Do you want to go back out with me?" She asked. My eyes widened and I swear I can feel my heart stop beating. I thought my whole world stopped. My stomach was doing 20 million flips and it wouldn't stop.

"Yes" I answered.

"Then that's the end of 21 questions." She said.

Right there and then I fell in a deeper love for melany all over again.
