Xander was an orc, holed up in a small strong hold base in the forests surrounding Argon. He was a warrior, finest ever told in the orclings bedtime stories.

Xander took much pride in his accomplishments and strength. He wasn't nearly the humble being that Odessa was. He was even identified by many as prideful and vain of heart.

This did not stop Xander from believing he could defy the very earth he walked upon. Even men like Xander hold secrets. He trained daily, for hours upon hours until he could nearly drop. Building his endurance and strength, toughening his hide and finding new methods to defeat those who apposed him.

There were rare moments when Xander was seen being even the tiniest bit soft, but as many in his base knew, those days were long behind him, and for good reason.

Xander was in the training yard in the east side of the base when the start of the Forge masters entered the strong hold on grounds of business with Xander. They were told by one of the women Orcs who stood by the gate, that if they wished to gain Xanders attention that it must seem as a challenge of strength and power to him.

Bredil stepped  forward, his stature tall and strong as he spoke in a booming voice that only a king could carry, a voice Allura hadn't heard from him in a very long time. "XANDER ORCBANE! I BREDIL KING OF THE LOST CITY, AM HERE TO CALL OUT A CHALLENGE TO THE WARRIOR OF THE ORCS!" He called out strong and unwavering.

Xander stopped mid strike on a practice dummy and sheathed his large two handed great orc sword. He turned to the man who issued the challenge. "YOU CHALLENGE ME?" His eyes blazed with the fury of a  thousand suns as he began to walk towards Bredil.

"I do, Danfreel is in trouble, and we need only the best warrior to help us fight. For if we do not fight for the land we walk upon, there will be no need for your strength!" His voice seemed to shake the mountains more then Xanders feet could shake the earth.

The orc stopped dead in his tracks as he starred down the elder king that stood before him. Although Xander stood towering over Bredil, strong and powerful, Bredil still held a sort of dominance over even this great warrior. Xander saw the power and strength in the old kings eyes and he bowed slightly at the waist.

"There is a respect we orcs hold true to our hearts for those who rule a kingdom with truth and strength. Not only did you rule a kingdom, but you rule it even now as it lays in ruin and ash." He spoke softer now, with more respect than authority. "I once entered your great city as a mere teenager with only a dream, a dream to be the greatest knight known in Danfreel. You my lord gave that dream the kindling it took to raise the flames in my heart. You made me the warrior I am today." He spoke as he lowered to one knee his head still bowed.

"I will join you in this fight! I will fight along side you till the very end, and when this is all over, If I am to survive, I will lend hand in rebuilding your lost city to its former glory, and with my aid I bring with me Five hundred of Danfreels strongest and most dedicated orcs, to lay guard over you and all you hold dear!"

A smile spread across Bredils face. "I accept your offer. Now rise sir knight of Adingale, and together join us in the fight to bring Danfreel back to his unity and peace!"

Xander rose to his feet and gathered his sword and armor before joining the group that stood before him. He would fight this fight with all the strength and nobility of his new knighthood.

He would fight this fight for Tancy and Ben. For his lost family and for all the lost souls of the city he once dreamed to protect.

Nothing would waver his dedication to King Bredil, and no one would stand between him and making right the wrongs that were done to the innocent.

He set off on this journey, as a battle to end injustice and chaos. For the very first time in Xanders many years, he would fight a war to end war, and bring peace to the land once again.
