Don't you ever touch my man... ever

Payton's POV

I woke up very early. It was saturday and it was the day when I'm gonna see Ian. My cousin is going to pick me and Tessa up at 12 o'clock. The only problem was, Ian didn't even know that Kevin is my cousin. Boy is he gonna be suprised. 

I got out of bed and went in the bathroom to get ready. I looked at myself in the mirror.

''Oh Payton, you never looked better.'' I smirked at myself. It was true. Everyday i looked like a vampire but this morning seems to be my morning. It was like 8 a.m so i didn't have to hurry. I could take all the time i need. I curled my hair and it looked good. I put a little bit of black eyeshadow on my eyes and mascara on my eyelashes. Mascara always had a magical way of making me pretty. I put some hot pink lipstick on my lips and honestly, for the first time in my life looked stunning. I wore a light white shirt and a black leather jacket. On my feet i had some heels i never wore before. Well, since this looks like a good day, i better use them. Once again i looked in the mirror and boy was i shocked. I never saw myself like this. It was like the other side of me, a side i have never seen before. I picked up my phone and dialled Tessa's number.

''Hello'', she said in her morning voice.

''Wake up sleepy head. We have to go.'' I was jumping up and down.

''What? Oh Payton, it's 9 in the morning.'' she seemed like she wasn't having a good night.

''Come on now. It's not that early. I know you wanna sleep but i'm not gonna let you, so get out of bed and come to my house. Ok?'' i was smiling the whole time.

''You're so gonna pay for this.'' She hung up. I guess that meant that she's coming. I went downstairs and saw my mom sitting at the dining room table.

''Wow, you're up early.'' she took a sip of her coffe and smiled at me.

''Well, I'm just excited to hang out with Kevin.'' I smiled back.

''That's nice, but why did you put so much make up on your face?''

''Because I'm a girl, and girls are supposed to look good, right mom?'' I said taking a bowl and putting some cereal in it.

''Well true, but it's only Kevin. You don't have to dress up like a barbie doll.'' she laughed. She knew very good that i hated barbie dolls from the second i was born. I hated those perfect dolls, always wearing those perfect clothes. But the fact is that they're not perfect at all.

''Mom, i'm all grown up. Can't i have a little fun?'' I looked at her.

''Yes, yes you can.'' she was still laughing at me and i just rolled my eyes.

''Don't forget that your baby girl is going off to collage soon, and you're not gonna be able to babysit me anymore'', I said sitting next to her.

''I'm sad because of that. My baby is leaving me soon.'' she said with a puppy face.

''Well, your other baby left like two years ago.'' I was talking about my big brother Jacob. We could never get along. But somehow i miss him, and i wish i could see him again.

''I know and i miss him horribly. Soon me and dad were gonna be here alone.'' 

''No you won't, you will still have little Suzy.'' Suzy was my little sister. even though i don't talk about them very much, they still play an important part in my life. 

I heard the doorbell.

''It must be Tessa.'' I jumped of the chair and opened the door. Tessa wasn't even smiling. She looked like she hasn't slept all night. I laughed a little.
