I need to find Payton

Tessa's POV

I was woken up by a very loud scream. I got up from bed and saw some creepy shadows through my window. I didn't get scared a lot but that scream creeped me out. Now i was completely awakened and i couln't sleep. I went to the bathroom to freshen up. I got back an looked at my watch. It was 3:00 in the morning. I wondered was Payton alive. I couldn't stop thinking about the things that might have happened to her. She never believed in magic so this is a big step for her. I wish i could see her but i have no idea where could she be. I got back to bed but i didn't want to sleep so I just stared at the ceiling thinking about all kinds of things. Where is my Sean now? I hope he's not in danger. I didn't hear anything from him and that makes me worried.

Suddenly, i heard a knock on my door.

''Come in,'' I said loudly trying to guess who it was. It was Zoldario with a small smile on his face.

''Oh thank God you're alive.'' he said coming closer to me and hugging me tightly.

''Of course I'm alive. Why wouldn't I be?'' I asked curiously. He sat on my bed right beside me and looked me right in the eyes.

''Did you hear that scream?''

''Yes,'' I said.

''We tought it was you but I'm still scared. I have no idea who could it be.'' he said looking out the window.

''Whoever it is I hope he or she is fine.'' I looked out the window too.

"I think it's that girl who was brought here." he said.

"What girl?" I asked suprised thinking about Payton.

"She came here like three days ago. We found her on a big field, lying on the grass and we brought her here. She was a little bit unreasonable so i left her in her room. I wonder what happened to her." he said now looking at the ceiling, probably thinking.

"What did she look like?" i asked slightly jumping. I honestly tought that it was Payton.

"Well she had long golden hair with big brown eyes. She had a brown vest and shorts. She looked confused and she is not from here i could tell." he said looking at me again.

"Where is she now?" I asked as my voice began to shake a little.

"I wish I knew. I saw her three or four days ago and since that day we haven't talked or seen each other. Who knows where that poor girl is." he said kinda feeling sorry for leaving the girl alone.

"I need to find her." I said excited.

"Why do you wanna do that?" he asked raising his eyebrows.

"I think that's my friend. If it is I need to find her." A small smile appeared on my face.

"Is she that immportant to you?" Zoldario looked like he didn't want to let me go. I mean I am his grandchild.

"She is the reason I'm here. If it wasn't for her I would still be on Earth." I said quickly getting out of my bed.

"Oh my. Well I have to thank her for that." he smiled. "What is her name?" he asked now starting to be a little bit more into this.

"Her name is Payton." I said quickly thinking that he knows something.

"Um sorry, doesn't ring a bell." he had a fake smile on his face.

"I have to go find her." I said running towards the door. Zoldario stood up looking at me leave. He quickly got out of the room with me and pulled my wrist. I turned around facing him.

"Isabell, are you out of your mind? You can't go find her now. It's like the middle of the night." He said whispering while letting go of my wrist.
