Sorry this took so long, I feel like I say this on everyone that I write. But this is for Evie.
Harry walking into the kitchen shirtless holding the cup of coffee he made earlier.
"Morning." Evie yawned pulling the sleeves of the sweater she was wearing down further.
Harry walked up behind her and hugged her nuzzling his head into her neck breathing in her sweet scent. "I don't want to go to training."
"You have to. And I have to go see my father. We know he doesn't like our relationship, so it would be the best for you to not get on his bad side." Evie turned around in this arms looking at his and standing on her toes giving him a small kiss on the nose. "I am going to go get in the shower."
"I'll join." Harry laughed.
"No, you won't. No funny business before we go and see my father. You know that." Evie slowly walked away from the man leaving him laughing.
"Well hurry. I need to shower too."
...
The two arrived at the training grounds parting ways when her father and his coach started to glare at them. Her father was yes the coach, Mauricio Pachettino. He hated the two having a relationship because she was his little girl. He always wanted her to be with someone better than what he though Harry was. He only seen the athlete side of him, not the loving, caring side of him.
The training went on them longer today that it did most days and Evie had long since finished her work and was sitting in the stands watching the last bit of training. She wanted to talk to her father about the whole Harry situation. She knew that he did not approve of their relationship and she wanted him to. She wanted him to like their relationship because Harry meant the world to her.
"Dad. Can I talk to you for a second?" She asked as she watched the players walking back into the dressing room.
"If it is about Harry, then no. Anything else is okay." He replied looking down at the team sheet that he had.
"Dad, you know that I love him. Why can't you just like our relationship?" She asked grabbing her fathers arm as he tried to walk away hearing her start talking about Harry.
"You know that I don't like you dating any footballer. You know their attitudes. You have watched football all of your life." He replied looking his daughter in the eyes.
"He is not like what you think he is. Dad he is very caring, he goes out of his way for me to make sure that I am happy. He is not happy until I am happy. He loves me." Evie said felling a hand on her other wrist making her look back and see Harry.
"Sir. I don't know why you got the bad impression of me, but I would never do anything to hurt her. I love her too much. I would understand why you would hate a footballler but I want you to know that you are only seeing the athlete side of them, you are not seeing the way that they are at home. I know that you have a different way that you act at home than you do at work. I would never do anything wrong to her." Harry said looking at his coach.
"I know that I don't see the side of you that you show at home, but I still do not approve of your relationship with my daughter. I don't know if that is just me being a father, but I want you to know that I am not going to say anything about this anymore and I am just going to let you be okay?" He responded.
"Thank you dad." Evie replied hugging her dad before turning to hug Harry.
Okay I know that this is short but I thought that this was cute. I wanted to say that this was fun to write thank you for requesting. It is not letting me tag anyone at the moment I am sorry. So know that to who requested this. Thank you.
