Steffen's POV

"Reigan?" I ask again in hopes she'll hear me for the billionth time. "Reigan?" I run her left arm and kiss her forehead.

"She looks pretty beat, it'll still take awhile for her to heal and wake" Alex walks over from leaning on the wall by the window.

"I need to talk to her." I pout, "I want her awake now."

"I'm sorry, but you want a ham sandwich? I made like... 50 at least ha."

"Sure" I say as my wolf wines and purrs against my baby.

Alex exits

"Reiga...! What the hell!?" I bolt up and back away. Why does she smell like Alex so much! I just though his scent was all over his room before.... but its..... Reigan?

"Baby!" I say holding her face in my two hands.

"What's going on?" Alex bolts in with a sandwich.

"You did this! you did this to my baby!!" I yell at him.

"What did I do?" he puts his hands up in surrender.

"Come here!" Alex steps up, "smell her!" I order.

"What? all I can smell is me? And your stinky dog." he crunches his nose up.

"That's right, do you smell her?" I look at Alex whose face looks like he just died.

"Man, I'm so sorry!" he backs up fast from the over protective mate of Reigan.

"I can't believe this happened! all because you wanted someone who wasn't yours!" I yell jumping at him with my strongest right hook, and it collides right on his cheek.

He groans and holds his cheek as he gets off the floor.

"I'm sorry dude.... I didn't mean for this to happen," his face begins to swell a lot, "I thought we were cool now though?"

"Not anymore!" I say slapping him on his other cheek with the back of my hand.

"Guys, just stop fighting. it's not his fault that I was found by those Grimwald guys." Reigan attempts to sit up.

I automatically bolt to her side for assistance.

"What do you mean?" I ask.

"I mean that he didn't know they were gonna be there." She stares into my eyes.

"You don't know?"

"Know what?"

I shoot a look at Alex and he slowly gets up and walks closer till I growl, "that's close enough."

"Steffen, what's gotten into you? and why are you so hot?" She places and hand on my bare chest.

"Tell her what you did to her!!!" I scream at Alex and collapse in my babies lap crying.

"I'm really really sorry, Reigan.... I didn't mean for any of this to happen... I just," he takes a big breath, "I got you pregnant." he drops to his knees.

I look up to my mate with a tear stricken face and notice that she just looks shocked and is staring at Alex.

"What do you mean?" she blinks again.

"... I mean..... that you are carrying my baby in your stomache, and yours." he drops his face to his palms in defeat.

"Reigan?" I ask cause she hasn't replied yet.
