Caroline stands up and sleepily walks towards the window. The cold breeze hits her warm skin causing her to shiver. She pulls back the blinds and smiles up at the rising sun.

Today is going to be a good day...

She thinks to herself as she opens the window and leans outside, inhaling in the sweet scent of fresh air. She gets dressed and walks out. She has no idea where she is wondering off to and she didn't care, her mind was stuck deep in thought. Before she knew it she was sat up a tree admiring the view of the sun reflecting it's bright beams off of the sea. The waves collide with the shore, bringing gifts and leaving them behind. The seagulls swoop down, dipping their heads into the cool sea and retrieving dinner. Children laughing as they run happily along the shore, chasing the waves and then running back the the safety of their camp. Caroline jumps out and begins to walk alongside the crashing waves. She pauses and sits out of reach, burying her feet into the hot sand. She sighs with relief, it feels like a huge weight has been lifted off of her shoulders.

"Mummy, mummy!" Calls a young boy who is speeding towards her. She turns her head. He was small, about 5, with blonde hair and blue eyes, much like Klaus'.

"Hello love," A sweet British accent whispers in her ears. She smiles knowingly that it is Klaus.

"Nik." She greets almost in the same tone. She bends her head back slightly so she is looking up at her gorgeous boyfriend. He leans in and places a soft kiss on her lips before lifting his head to call his son.

"Hunter Mikaelson, don't go getting yourself all wet now. You don't want to have another bath, do you?" Hunter furrows his eye brows in annoyance, lifts up his trouser legs and makes his way back to where they were sat. He places himself on Caroline's lap and snuggles into her chest. She kisses his head lightly. Klaus sits next to them and wraps his arm around her waist, pulling her closer. She rests her head on his shoulder and returns her gaze back to the sun.

I was bored and in a car so I wrote this. It's short and nothing special but :3

I hope you like it PLEASE tell me if you'd prefer stuff like this or an actual story. 'Cause I'm running out of ideas :/ busy with school and all....
