2: A normal day in the life.

"God Hal, whose funeral is it?" 

Hal rolled her eyes as she stabbed her spoon into her bowl of Lucky Charms, shaking her head at the male who sat across from her at the kitchen table. "You say the exact same thing when you come down the stairs every morning Evan." 

The male, Evan chuckled and reached out to ruffle Hal's long orange locks. "I can't help it if you look like you just stepped out of a coffin Hal, you know th-" He momentarily paused as a spoon full of cereal was thrown at him.

"Can't you two get along for just one morning?" Entered Dayna with a yawn, looking between her older brother and her best friend. "Y'know I hate when you two fight." She was always in the middle between them, because her brother could be such an asshat at times.

"Can you really blame me Day? I'm stuck with Mr Party Animal here and Patriot Barbie upstairs." Patriot Barbie was referring to the one girl Hal truly detested.  Julie Fours, the human version of the 4th of July and Hal's roommate. 

She was beautiful. She had long chestnut brown hair, chocolate brown eyes, with a slim body and an almost hypnotic smile. Clad in a pair of tight blue mini shorts with a white tank top and red leather jacket, the female walked down the stairs, before entering the kitchen. "Hal, one of your stupid fucking spiderwebs got onto my side of the room again." She scowled. Julie's eyes moved to make brief eye contact with Dayna before it was broken by Evan standing between them. 

"Hey Jules." He said, leaning against one of the wooden chairs with a flash of one his oh-so-charming smiles.

"Good morning Evan." She gave him one of her own hypnotic smiles back, as he pulled out a seat for her at the table. "Such a gentlemen." Julie murmured gratefully, taking a seat. Hal stared at the two with a look of disgust on her face, mumbling a quiet,

"I wonder if you can scratch your own eyes out with a spoon.."
