Over and Over Again- Nathan Sykes and Ariana Grande•A little too much- Shawn Mendes• All of the stars- Ed Sheeran• Story of my Life- One Direction• AM- One Direction
My last days in Wisconsin passed quickly; the week we once had soon become one day. During these past few days, my feelings for Brady grew stronger and tomorrow I'll be on a plane to a new house, new friends, and new life, if only I could bring Brady with me. Sadly, I knew with our bond getting stronger it would only be more painful when it broke.
Today Brady was taking me around town to visit our favorite places one last time. "First stop, Milwaukee Theater," Casey says stopping the car, she was our chauffeur for the day. I smile knowing why. Upon entering the building everything hits me all at once. This is the place I met my best friend and this is my last time here with him.
We walked to the stage and Brady turned the lights on. "Do it," he said. "Do what?" I asked although I was honestly itching to dance on the platform. "I know you want to, what song?" Wow, he knows me too well.
"Um, my last year's solos." Just past June I competed nationally with "Rise up" and I actually got third overall in the elite level.
I stood up with tears threatening to spill. After a visit to the dressing rooms and the rehearsal room, I'm ready to continue with our adventure. "Wait, don't you guys want a picture," Casey says making a face. "Ohh yeah," I say remembering my plan I let Casey in on. "Okay, a little down, and left... there!" She snaps the photo and we take off to the car.
Next we stop at our favorite ice cream shop Jillian's Sweet Treats. Every summer we had to get Jillian's after we went to the lake. Brady always got one scoop of strawberry, and I got cookies and cream. Brady opens the door for me and the signature bell dings. JJ, the owner comes out from behind the counter to give us a hug. "Well, I thought you were going to leave me without even saying goodbye," she said jokingly. "Hm, let me guess chocolate and pistachio?" "We-," both Brady and I try to answer but she quickly cuts us off. "I'm just kidding, I know your usuals, don't worry, I'm not that old," she laughs. We sit and catch up with her while eating our treats, but shortly it's time to go.
Our day was sweet and eventful visiting all of our friends along the way as well. Our journey continued on to the park sycamore tree, the dock, music store, and my favorite restaurant. It was about 6:30 when We returned to the Tutton household (since my house was empty) and our parents were just setting the table. Dinner went by so quickly I could hardly remember that I ate.
Brady and I returned up to his room and we were sitting in a comfortable silence across each other on his bed. "What are you thinking of Brades?" "Nothing." "Don't lie Tutton. I know you too well." "Well, you're gonna go off and live your dream and find new friends and I-I'm not saying you wi-ll, but... what if you forget about m-me?"
"Brady Patrick Tutton. We have been through too much together for me to even try to forget you. You do realize all of my memories have you in it right? And all of my pictures, play programs, we have stories built into each of the things I'm bringing with me that I could never forget. Scientifically, it could never happen." We were now laying on his bed cuddling and I traced shapes onto his hands. "Can you do me a favor B?" "Always." "Sing me a song. Any song." "She would not show that she was afraid, but being and feeling alone was too much to face..." I should have known he'd pick this song. Anytime I would get really upset or frustrated he would sing this for me to calm down and ground myself. I was smiling immensely when he was almost done singing and turned to give him a kiss, okay maybe a few. Out of breath, Brady takes my hand.
He leads me to stand up and to his window. After opening it, he helped me onto the roof. Anytime one of us couldn't sleep, we would wake the other up and stargaze on their roof. We lied there for who knows long talking about anything: our futures, embarrassments, global warming, just everything. Well, except one thing, "Bray, what are we?"
"G if I knew I would tell you, but I'm sorry I don't know the answer your question." "Well, what do you want to be?" "I want to be by your side every step of the way, watching you accomplish things, helping you get back up, even just the lazy days. I want to be with you forever." I let tears fall knowing there was no way. "Oh B, I know exactly how you feel, but I don't think it would work right now," I sob into his shoulder. "A wise strong person has said to me before, "Everything happens for a reason, you may not know why at the time, but everything that needs to be will fall into place"." I smile up at him knowing my own words. We continue to absorb the last of each other's company before I get chilly and we return inside. Without a second thought I strip down and throw his t-shirt on before brushing my teeth and washing my face. "Cool shirt," Brady realizes as he pulls the covers over the both of us. We lied there facing each other with Bray humming and I played with his fingers.

A/N: I tried too hard to make this chapter eventful and get it up, but hopefully whenever it reaches the main plot, things will be interesting.
