Surprise

It had been a few weeks since Robin proposed. Regina had been planning this glorious wedding. She expected it to be spectacular and one hundred percent perfect. Robin was getting nervous of course. He didn't want anything too big... they hadn't even told the kingdom yet. They had been too busy with decorating and planning.

Regina walked up to robin and smiled.

"Are you alright my love?... I know that it's a lot to take in... you know... with the decorating... but I just want everything to be perfect... I hope you know that...." She said sincerely.

Robin looked at her and he placed his hand on her smooth cheek and looked into her beautiful eyes and nodded with a gentle smile.

"I know... I just-... I'm nervous, that's all..." He said softly.

Regina placed her hand ontop of his and smiled gently.

"I know... and we'll be married before you know it..." she said gently.

Regina was smiling but her smile soon faded and she placed a hand over her mouth and sprinted to a bucket and threw up in it and Robin's eyes widened and hurried after her. He placed his hand on her back as she released her breakfast. Regina groaned and wiped her mouth with a rag once she finished.

"Are you alright?" Robin asked her worried as he placed his hand on her forehead to check for a fever.

Robin was unable to find a fever and he sighed softly.

"Maybe you just ate something bad my love..." Robin said to her as he held her long flawless hair.

Regina nodded slowly.

"Yeah... maybe..." She said softly and she looked at him.

"Can you try to finish?.. I don't feel so good and I think I need to go rest..." Regina said as she had her hand on her forehead.

Robin nodded slowly and he helped her slowly to their chambers and smiled softly.

"Well, try to get some rest my love...." he said as he opened the tall wooden doors and walked her to the large bed and slowly laid her down.

Robin could tell that there was something going on ... but he didn't know what.

A few hours passed and Robin had actually finished all of the preperations, just like his queen asked. He looked over everything multiple times to make sure that everything was perfect because he knows how she is and how she likes everything to be precise. When he decided that everything was perfect, he walked to their chambers once more. He walked over to the bed and he gently sat down beside her and placed a gentle hand on her hip and watched her sleep for a moment and then kissed her cheek to wake her up. Regina groaned softly as she was too tired to wake up.

"Come on..." he said and attacks her cheek and neck with kisses, causing Regina to smile.

Regina groaned and she sat up slowly. When she did, she covered her mouth and her eyes widened and she looked at Robin and hurried out of bed and raced to the bathroom and threw up. Regina groaned as she finished and she felt two hands running up and down her back, soothingly. Regina took a deep breath and exhaled. She looked back at him. He had a rag in his hand and he used it to wipe the liquid off of her mouth. Regina hated it when he saw her like this. But there was nothing she could do. He loved her and he was always going to be there.... through sickness and in health. He looked at her and moved a strand of hair behind her ear.

"Are you feeling okay?..." he asks her worried about her.

She looked at him and nodded slowly.

"Yes dear.... I... I should be fine." She said.

Regina groaned as she pushed herself up from the ground using her hands. Robin held onto her hips to make sure that she didn't fall or anything.

"I finished the decorating... I wanted you to see it... but... ill go get a nurse instead..." he said to her as he led her back to the bed and laid her down slowly.

When Regina was laid down and comfortable, Regina waited patiently while Robin went to go fetch the nurse. About five or ten minutes passed and the chamber door opened and the nurse walked in. She had pretty long blonde hair and she was carried a bag of medical supplies. She looked at the nurse curious as to why she had so much. The nurse sat the bag down gently, the sound of glass gently hitting each other reached Regina's ears, causing her cringe. The nurse looked back at Robin and requested that he would wait out side the room. Robin looked at Regina worried and Regina gave him a reassuring nod and gentle smile. Robin loved that smile of hers so much. He nodded back and he walked out the door and waited patiently.

The nurse did many different tears on her. She took a urine sample. After a few minutes of testing and thinking. She looked at Regina.

"You're majesty....when was your last menstrual cycle?..." she asked and folded her hands together.

Regina was about to speak when she couldn't even remember when she last had one. Reginas eyes widened and looked at her "i....i dont know..." She said.

There had been a much going on that she didn't even pay attention. The nurse walked up to her and laid her back and pressed on her stomach in her lower abdomen area and she nodded. Regina saw her nod and she looked at her curiously.

"What is it?...whats wrong?..." Regina asked, thinking the worst.

The nurse looked at her and fixed the queens clothes and smiled at her.

"You're pregnant, your majesty." The nurse told her.

Reginas eyes widened and her has dropped.

"I'm pregnant...." Regina said under her breath and looked away.

Regina gently placed hand on her stomach and smiled softly.

"I'm going to be a mommy...." she said and smiled.

The nurse looked at Regina.

"And... if you were curious, the baby is Robin's." She said and Regina chuckled. "You're not far enough along for it to be Leapold's... it is indeed Robin's." She said.

Those words made Regina so happy. Things were finally going according to plan... they were going to be so happy, or... that's what she thought.
