CHAPTER 7

*THE NEXT MORNING (Still Billie Joe's POV*

I woke up to the sound of laughter coming from the hallway. I crept out of bed, Adrienne was still asleep. I quickly opened the door, finding Ruby on the floor, Tyler on top of her tickling her.

"The hell's going on here?" I whispered, still not wanting to wake up Adrienne.

Ruby looked at me and laughed, "He attacked me with kisses this morning. Then I ran from him and he tackled me and tickled me."

I smiled, "Well, shut up would ya? Us old people are still asleep."

I felt a hand on my shoulder. It was Adrienne, "Old? Who? Not me. And definitely not you."

I kissed her head and shook mine. "Never mind. Good job you two for waking us up."

"You're welcome" Ruby shot back, taking me by surprise.

"You got a big mouth for a little girl." Tyler spoke, smirking.

Ruby hit him arm and he drew back. "Damn!" he cursed. She laughed and ran down the stairs, Tyler following. I shook my head and smiled as Adrienne pulled me close to her and kissed me. I deepened the kiss, she moaned. I pulled away and walked down the stairs. Now she knows how I felt last night.

*Ruby's POV*

I was being targeted. I needed to find a place to hide. I James Bonded it and jumped over the couch.

"Ruby?" a voice said, staring at me from the couch. I jumped but it was my dad.

"Dad! Don't tell Tyler where I am." I whispered. He laughed and nodded. He sat on the couch and turned the channels, settling on my favorite show. Spongebob.

"Damn." I muttered under my breathe.

"Billie Joe, have you seen Ruby?" Tyler's voice sounded, coming from the kitchen.

I could hear the smirk on his face, "No I haven't Tyler. Try her room maybe? She could be in her closet. Maybe rummage through her clothes, especially her important t-shirts-"

I sprang up yelling. "Don't you DARE touch my shirts!" Tyler looked very amused. So did Billie. "Fuck."

Tyler hopped over the couch and instead of tickling me, he kissed me all over my face. I laughed.

"Aww babe."

I heard a throat clear and it was Billie. "Cute." he said with a serious face. We were all silent until Adrienne walked in.

"Anyone want breakfast?"

"Hell yeah." I practically yelled. Tyler nodded, so did Billie.

"I'll make something then." she smiled, walking back into the kitchen. Billie followed, a dirty smirk on his face. Note to self, don't go in the kitchen.

Tyler flopped on the couch and I flopped on top of him. He laughed, grabbing the remote.

"Don't change the channel. I love Spongebob."

He rolled his eyes playfully and set the remote down again.

"Come on kids! Breakfast!" Adrienne yelled. Tyler and I stood up and walked into the dining room, sitting next to each other. Billie and Adrienne came out of the kitchen, holding a huge plate full of pancakes, bacon, sausage, and eggs. I smiled wide at the smell. Oh my god I was happy. And hungry. Very hungry.

I grabbed 4 pancakes, 3 peices of bacon, and 2 sausages, adding about 2 servings of eggs too.

"Damn my child can eat." Billie laughed, grabbing breakfast for himself. "What are you wanting to do today Ruby?"
