Takes place in season 4 when Oliver and Felicity come back from Ivy Town and Thea is dealing with the bloodlust and Diggle is mad at Oliver.

I have wanted to write this for a long time since I thought Oliver was being a total hypocrite the way he judged Thea and everyone else and how he thought he could still be the leader after he left. I also didn't like how the writers managed his relationship with Laurel those episodes since he was always with Felicity and it looked like he didn't care about Laurel nor Thea.

Thea ran after the ghost with her bow aimed at him. Oliver ran in the rooftop following Thea and the guy. Diggle awaited in front with the van. Laurel was in her motorcycle chasing the other ghosts. "Speedy Wait!" Yelled Oliver as Thea took the man's arm. "You're gonna tell me who is your boss!!" Commanded Thea to man. The man groaned because of the pain of his arm breaking. "Speedy, What the hell are you doing?" Asked Oliver getting angry. "I'm trying to get information!" She responded. "Now tell me!!" She Yelled and the man Yelled in pain. "His name- his name is Damian Darhk!" He responded in pained breaths. Oliver stood speechless. Then a guy appeared behind him and before he could react Thea shot him three arrows to the chest killing him. "You just killed him!" Said Oliver. "Better him than you" Replied Thea walking away. "Wait! Speedy! What the hell is wrong with you?" Asked Oliver following her. "I'm fine Green Arrow So don't worry. You can go back to your perfect life in Ivy town with your perfect girlfriend" commented Thea. "Are you mad at me because of that?" He asked. Thea didn't respond. "Look, whatever is wrong with you, you need to stop. You are killing people and torturing! That's not who you are!" He screamed. "Breaking a man's arms to obtain information? Killing another? You are not a hero by doing that!!" Thea turned to him angry. "You are just being a hypocrite" she told him. "No Thea I am telling you what's right and what's wrong and you are going to do as I say or" before Oliver finished he felt a kick in the chest from Thea. He frowned. Then Thea punched him and kicked him. He fought back. "Guys stop!" Yelled Felicity through the earplugs. Oliver and Thea ignored her and kept fighting. "Canary. Spartan. It seems like Green Arrow and Speedy have gone crazy. You need to stop them!" Said Felicity. "I'm on my way" Said Laurel changing her course. "Hey Stop!" Yelled Diggle running towards Thea and Oliver. "That's enough!" He added and tried to separate them. "Speedy!" Yelled Laurel and took Thea by the hands. She wrapped her arms around her and tried to control her. Thea struggled to get out looking angry at Oliver. Oliver breathed heavily. "Shh, shh Thea it's okay" whispered Laurel. Thea started to calm down. "It's okay. It's okay. I know what's happening to you" Said Oliver. Everyone frowned. "The Lazarus Pit. Malcolm warned me that this might happen. He said that when people come out of the pit they are not the same. I didn't listen to him and Thea I swear to God you looked like if you were gonna be fine" explained Oliver. "And then you left! So you know what? Doesn't qualify you to judge me! Or anyone else!" She Exclaimed. Oliver looked down. Thea walked away with Diggle. Oliver turned to Laurel. "How long has this been going on?" He asked her. "She has been acting like this for a while" Responded Laurel. Oliver placed his hands on his head. "Dear God, Why didn't you tell me Laurel? You should have called me and tell me this was going on with my sister!" He Yelled. Laurel's eyes widened up. "I'm sorry it didn't occur to me, I just didn't want to interrupt your perfect vacation with Felicity! Where you get your happiness and you leave Thea alone to deal with what she is dealing. And why would I call you? What would you do? Fight her and scream at her like you just did? I'm sorry Oliver but you, you do not get the right to be mad at me or at Diggle  especially after we were the ones that stayed and helped her go through what she is going through! We were more like  siblings to her than you! You were just the selfish brother escaping his horrible life with his girlfriend" snapped Laurel. Oliver frowned. "You have no idea what is going on in this city and no idea what is going on with me or Thea or Diggle. So you can't just show up and pretend like you are our boss and that we need to follow your lead" She Added and walked away. Oliver sighed.
