A/n: Happy Halloween guys! I am rewarding you with a special. It is not a part of the story line, but you deserve it! High school normal AU.

High school...

It can be the the worst years of your life. It can also be the best ones, if done right.

You got nominated to sing in front of the whole school for the annual Halloween Monster Mash Bash. As well as none other than... bad boy Edward Nygma.

You were dressed up as Black Widow from the Marvel comic. He was dressed up as Bucky Barnes.

You were backstage, waiting for your cue to come on and start your song. You would sing one, and then Edward, finally, both of you together.

"You're up (y/n)!" The principal said and shoved you on.

You took a deep breath and started.

Once you finished, you walked backstage, and Edward came up to take your place and started his song.

nce both of you had finished your solos, you came back on stage to do the duet. The two of you had practiced for weeks, and you hoped it would pay off.

There was an impromptu dance that Eddie started with you on this one. The audience erupted into applause when the two of you finished. Eddie then surprised you with a kiss. It was surprisingly sweet and passionate. The two of you then bowed and walked off stage.

High school...

It can be the the worst years of your life. It can also be the best ones, if done right.

This was definitely done right.
