Ladybug's POV
All 5 of us, Ladybug (me), Chat Noir, Rena Rouge, Carapace, and Queen B, soared across the city towards the port.
The final battle had come.
And were we prepared for it?
Maybe.
My face showed determination and bravery, but in reality, I was scared outta my mind. We only fought Hawkmoth once, and now he probably has all of his Akumas with him. Therefore, that forces us to have to fight them off while he just sits and watches like the loser he is.
"M'lady? Are you okay?"
I turned my head to Chat. "Yeah... but honestly, I'm a bit nervous."
He then gently grabbed my hand and squeezed it, trying to comfort me.
"Don't worry. With the team we got, we're unstoppable," He reassured me.
I sighed. "He always knows what to do to calm me down," I thought to myself.
I smiled and we continued to jump across the rooftops, holding hands. (And occasionally giving a loving glance at one another.)
When we got to the port, Hawkmoth's ship was sitting there, but there was no sign of him.
But I knew he was hiding somewhere. You gotta expect the unexpected.
"Come on, Hawkmoth! Show yourself! We know you're here!" I commanded boldly.
I heard low chuckling behind us. I spun around to see Hawkmoth standing on the roof with the most disgusting evil look on his face.
"Bonjour, Ladybug. I see we meet again," he sneered.
"Unfortunately, yes," I mumbled.
He then looked at Chat. "Hello, you sorry excuse for a son," He said heartlessly.
There was anger and even a bit of hurt in Chat's eyes.
I squeezed Chat's hand and whispered, "Don't listen to him."
Chat glanced at me, gave a half smile and nodded.
Hawkmoth then turned to look at the rest of us. "I see you have helpers now."
I raised an eyebrow, suspicious. What was this dilly-dalling about...?
He smirked evilly. "Well, guess what? I have a 'helper' as well!"
Suddenly, I saw a flash of blue and green fly around us. It moved as fast as lighting.
A woman landed beside Hawkmoth. She was dressed like a peacock...
SHE WAS THE PEACOCK MIRACULOUS HOLDER!!! SHE WAS WORKING WITH HAWKMOTH?!
"Hello there, Adrien, Marinette, Alya, Nino, and Chloe," she said as she smirked. Her voice sounded flawless and smooth as silk.
It was revolting.
"How do you know our civilian names?" Rena asked skeptically.
"Le Paon knows everything, and she is moi," she bragged as she chuckled wickedly.
In the blink of an eye, she and Hawkmoth jumped down in front of us and started fighting us all at once! I hate to say this, but they were pretty good...
During the fight, out of my peripheral vision, I could see a small black and purple creature heading my way....
An Akuma! I then shot an arrow and zipped away, the others following me.
