Chapter Five

???: Is this seat taken?

I looked up to see TaeHyung smiling brightly at me. I slowly shook my head as he sat down and took a big bite of his food. I just sat there staring at him.

TaeHyung: Why aren't you eating?

It took me a while to respond as I was still lost in my own little world.

Y/n: I'm not hungry ( who am I kidding, I'm always hungry).

TaeHyung: Open your mouth.

I opened my mouth as he shoved food into it.

TaeHyung: It's delicious, right?

I nodded. I really didn't know what to say. We just sat there eating in silence.

Taehyung: Do you want to hang out today?

I looked at him with widened eyes.

TaeHyung: *stuttering* um..maybe like on a date? It doesn't have to be a date ... maybe like hang out as..... friends?

I could see that he was getting nervous so I told him that I would love to. He gave me his signature smile and said that he would pick me up at 7:30 pm. I couldn't believe it, I was going to go on my first date. An actual date... with such a cute and adorable guy!! I pinched myself a few times to make sure I wasn't dreaming.

The rest of the school day went by pretty quick. I didn't know what to think or feel. When I got home I did my homework and watch my favorites shows until it was time to get ready. I took a long shower, put more effort into my outfit and waited for TaeHyung to arrive.

I waited and waited but TaeHyung didn't come. I looked at the time which read 8:30 pm. I was really disappointed with questions running through my head. Did Taehyung bail on me? Doubts filled my mind. Maybe he was just playing around, I mean how can such a hot and handsome guy like TaeHyung actually fall for someone like me? I went up and changed into my pajamas. I was washing my face and brushing my teeth,  getting ready for bed when I heard the doorbell ring. I quickly went down and open the door to see...

???: I'm so sorry, I'm late, aren't I?

Y/n: Taehyung ...

I was happy to see him but also kind of mad. I mean this was going to be my first date. He gave me a bouquet of flower and did some aegyo making my heart flutter...I couldn't stay mad at him any longer. I mean look at how cute he is.

Author: I mean seriously LOOK AT HIM!!! I just want to squeeze his cheeks.

TaeHyung: Since it's late maybe we could just watch a movie here, I brought ice creams.

Yummm...Cookie and Cream. I licked my lips and invited Taehyung in.

TaeHyung: What a nice place? Do you live here all by yourself ? Where are your parents?

Y/n: Yes. I live here by myself, mostly because my dad is usually away for work. 

TaeHyung: What about your mom? 

Y/n: My mom...she...she's in a better place now. 

TaeHyung: I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to get you upset.

Y/n: It's ok, you didn't know. ( I gave him a bitter-sweet smile). My best friend Jungkook comes over a lot though, he partially lives here.

TaeHyung: Wait, you're not an adult. You're not supposed to live by yourself.

Y/n: Um.. like I said my best friend kind of live here with me. He is an adult, a few months older than me so everything is fine. 

TaeHyung: He?

Y/n: Yea..why do you ask?

Taehyung: Never mind ...let's just watch a movie. What do you want to watch?

Y/n: I don't know .... anything you want to watch.

TaeHyung: Do you like horror movies? Let's watch "It".

To be honest, um...I'm scared of clowns but I don't want Taehyung to know that so I agreed, which was a BIG mistake.

Not even halfway through the movie, I started getting scared, really scared. When I felt something on my skin I literally jump up from the couch and screamed my head off.

TaeHyung: Y/n ...It's ok. It's just a movie. Why didn't you tell me you were scared? Here,  let's watch something else.

TaeHyung turned off the movie and turned on some cartoons which were fine with me, actually more than fine. I went and grabbed ice creams from the refrigerator for snacks. As we were watching cartoons and having fun together, Taehyung touch my lips with his soft hands, I froze, he wiped off ice creams that were smudged on my lips. He then slowly leans ...closer..then closer and closer. I closed my eyes and before long I felt his lips on mine.
