Isabella's POV

Martha opens the door and I hear her greet him while he greets her back. Just hearing his voice made butterflies erupt in my stomach.

"Well, I have to get going. If you need anything feel free to call me! Bye Shawn and bye bella." Martha says and hugs me.

"He's super cute, nice catch girl" Martha whispers in my ear before pulling away and walks out closing the door.

"Sooo how are you?" I ask while walking to the living room and sit on the couch.

"Im great, I had a busy day so far so i'm glad I get to relax and spend some time with you. What about you?" Shawn says sitting close to me.

"Same, Martha has been with me the whole morning, my parents left for a "business meeting" for 3 days." I say raising my fingers doing air quotes.

"On the bright side you have the whole house to yourself for 3 days!" He says while standing up and walking around the living room.

"Hey so you mentioned that you liked to sing with Ed so I brought my guitar. I didn't mention this but I like to sing too and if you don't mind i'd like to hear that beautiful voice of yours." He says sitting back down and his guitar hitting me slightly.

"Yikes you have too much confidence in me, I'm not really the best singer it's just a hobby of mine. I'm no beyonce or demi lovato." I say while playing with my sleeve.

"I bet you're great! I'll start if you want." He says while strumming some notes. I nod and wait for him to start while playing with my fingers, a nervous habit of mine. He begins playing Perfect by Ed sheeran and sings.

I found a love for me
