I tap my watch and a call to Alex starts. After a few seconds, she picks up, smiling goofy.

"Who gave you loony gas?" I joke.

"Annabeth," she laughs.

"Put Percy on too," I demand a little confused.

"Hey Lucy," he says grimly.

"Luke is..." I start.

"Back. I know. Annabeth kissed him on an Iris message in front of us," he growls. That explains why Alex was happy. I never like Annabeth.

"But others are too. We are in Tennessee," I say.

"Really? We are too," Alex says.

"I know. I'm watching you right now," I say. Jason taps Percy's shoulder and he whirls around.

"Hey man," Percy says, clapping him on the back.

"Lucy! you look like you've been to Tarturus and back," Alex gasps.

"No she doesn't. I have been to Tarturus and back and she looks fine," Percy says.

"How did you get here so fast?" Alex frowns.

"Crazy ladies with one eye and a cab," Jason explains. I nod and shudder at the memory.

"That makes more sense actual," Percy nods.

"I missed you," Alex says, hugging my shoulders.

"I just saw you," I frown. She shrugs and laughs.

"Lucy, I need to talk to you," Percy says, motioning me over to the side away from Alex and Jason.

"Luke is back," he says.

"I know," I grin.

"Luke is back," he repeats. He hugs me and laughs.

"I thought you hated him," I smile.

"I did, but I know how much you liked him," he shrugs.

"I'm sorry about Annabeth," I say sadly, though I was faking the sadness.

"Stop acting," he says shoving my shoulder.

"Ha ha. But just a heads up, Chris, Selena, Bianca, and others are back too. I killed one before we got here," I say, making wild arm movements.

"Well then let's get to Florida and put a stop to this," he says, walking away. I grab his arm and stop him.

"Can I say goodbye this time?" I ask. A pained look crosses his face before he nods. There have been too many times without goodbyes.
