Eli was excited and I mean very excited. She couldn't sit straight in the train they hitched. She and Nozomi have finally escaped the orphanage and they were going to Tokyo. The city where she could finally learn ballet. "Elicchi, you should go to sleep. Tokyo is a few more hours from here." Nozomi said. Eli smiled. "Okay. Just make sure you wake me when we get there." Eli leaned on a crate of apples, slowly falling asleep.

"Let's start with this one..." Male voices could be heard as Eli and Nozomi hopped in a crate that was large enough for the both of them. "Shhh!" Nozomi instructed Eli, bringing her finger to her lips. The crate was lifted off the ground and they couldn't sit in one spot because the carrier of the crate's steps were shaky. The shaking stopped as the man dropped the crate. They quickly hopped out and walked through the streets of Tokyo. Carriages of sorts could be seen through the town proper as they walked around.
"Nozomi, let's look for the dance school," Eli pulled Nozomi along, making her stumble with each step. "Elicchi, how about we rest for a bit? You must be tired yourself," Nozomi and Eli sat down on a nearby bench. "When will we find it?! I really want to start dancing." Eli said frustrated. "I know the way, you know. And we would have been there sooner if you let me lead the way." Nozomi said matter-of-factly. "Let's go then," Eli and Nozomi stood up from the bench and this time, Nozomi led the way to the dance school.

"Here you are." Nozomi showed. Eli walked up to the door, not bothering the guard next to it. Eli reached for the doorknob but just as she was about to open the door, the guard stepped in front of her. "Letter of invitation?" the guard held out his hand to her. Eli only looked puzzled. "No invitation, no entry." Eli sighed and walked back to Nozomi. "I need an invitation to be able to enter the school. Looks like I have no chance after all." Eli sighed once more. This time, more dismayed. "You have hope. Don't worry. The cards told me so." Nozomi winked. "Now, why don't we look for a job. We won't be able to get a living if we don't." Eli nodded and followed Nozomi.
Together, they asked everyone they could for a job. "We can't find a job here." Eli reminded Nozomi for nth time. She looked around before her eyes spotted a piece of paper with an advertisement on a job. "Hey! Maybe the person who posted this is still looking." Nozomi nodded and they both went to the address that was on the ad.
After a bit of walking, the duo reached the owner's house, amazed at its size. "This where they live? Well, its now or never." Nozomi shrugged. Nozomi knocked on the door and waited for anyone to open it. After a little bit of waiting, a strict looking woman with dark, red hair opened it. "What is your business here?" she asked, eyeing Nozomi and Eli. "Umm, Uhh, we're here for...the job." Eli muttered. The woman nodded and let them in. "The stairs needs to be cleaned and the linen need to be aired and pressed. There's a separate house for you two to live in." The woman left them together. "Well, I'll do the stairs and maybe you could do the linen?" Eli suggested. Nozomi instantly went to look for the linen while Eli went to get a bucket and a brush.
"Let's hope they're going to be kind." Eli muttered. She went to the top of the stairs and started brushing. In a room down the hall on the floor she was on, she could hear some faint music. She was immediately drawn to the sound so she followed where it came from. She ended in front of a door with light seeping through the key hole. She peeked through the keyhole and saw a red-head doing some stretches. She slowly backed away but she hit a closet and the vase on top of it fell. Eli caught the vase and had to lean on the door to keep her balance. Unfortunately, the door couldn't support her weight. The door opened and she went stumbling into the room with the red-head in it.
