You were adjusting your beanie as you were going out to meet someone. It was a blind date according to Nozomi and Eli. They said they wanted you to meet this girl but they didn't say her name, which just left you confused. But, at least the girl was their friend. "This is going to be my second blind date. I'm sure she won't be as bad as the first." You told yourself. Your first blind date was a pretty short girl with pigtails. In your eyes, she was annoying and narcissist. She even calls herself the No.1 Idol in the Universe. (I'm sorry Nico fans).

You adjusted your jacket's sleeves and your shirt, making sure they were at a good angle. Then, you grabbed the bouquet of roses from your bed. "It's now or never." You left your house and went to meet Eli and Nozomi. Turns out, your date's gonna be with them. 'Here's to a good date. I just wish she isn't like Nico.' You arrived at the restaurant they told you to meet up in. It was even more expensive than the last. If you recalled correctly, you walked out on your first blind date and made her pay. "Hey, (Y/N)!" Eli waved at you as you were about to cross the street.

You could see that a red dress was flowing between their feet. Which meant your date was here. You started to get nervous as you greet them both. "So, who's gonna be my date for tonight?" Nozomi and Eli moved to show a beautiful red-head. The red dress accentuated her red hair and matched her sharp, amethyst eyes. You were stunned by how beautiful she is. "Have a good night." Eli whispered in your ear. "She's a bit troublesome but we're sure you'll love her." Nozomi whispered in the other.

So, here you were, left with the beautiful girl in front of you. "Good evening to you. I never expected my date to be this gorgeous." You took her hand and gave it a kiss. Quite a smoothie, aren't ya? The girl blushed and took her hand from you. "G-Good evening to you too. Not like I care or anything." She said. 'A tsundere. She didn't lie about being troublesome.' You opened the door and let her go inside, you following right after her. The receptionist at the counter greeted you by the door. "Do you have any reservation?"

You quickly answered with what Nozomi told you. "Under (L/N) please." Then, one of the waitresses led you to your table. You let your date sit down and you sat opposite of her. The waitress immediately offered you the menu, which you gladly took. "Hmm, I'll have Baked Alaska and red wine." You turned to the girl and she told the waitress what she wanted. "Tomato soup and salad." She took down your orders, took the menus and scurried to tell the chef.

"So, I wasn't able to catch your name back there." She looked flushed for a bit before she told you your name. "Nishikino Maki." Your eyes slightly widened before they went back. "So your the heir of the Nishikino hospital, correct?" she nodded. "Well, I'm (Y/N) (L/N)." You looked at her fall silent. "Why don't you talk more? Your voice is very beautiful." She flushed up again. Then, the waitress arrived with your food. She put down your food and the bottle of red wine before bowing and leaving you be. "I heard from Nozomi and Eli that you're the one that composes your group's songs. You must have an amazing voice in singing." She looked like she choked on her soup but she seemed fine.

"Is it true that your first blind date was a girl named Nico? Not that I care or anything." You looked at her while you were about to take a bite of your food. "Yes. To be honest, that was the worst first blind date ever. She was annoying and too noisy. I left her in the middle of our date." You crossed your arms. She gestured for you to elaborate.

"I went to the toilet and escaped through the window. Then I texted Nozomi to text her that she had to pay." Maki giggled. You thought her giggle was cute, but you didn't react to it. You pretended not to hear her so she wouldn't feel shy about laughing.

"Well, she deserved it. She was annoying me and I had enough. I gave her what she deserved. But, this second date, I'd say, is already the best." You complimented her. She blushed a bright pink but, she still kept quiet.

Throughout the night, you told her stories to which she either laughed to or blushed to. This was probably the best blind date you've had so far.

xXx

Since that night, you started taking Maki out for dates. Sometimes, you would even pick her up from school when her friends didn't know. One time though, you were caught. You were outside waiting for Maki on your motorcycle. You were whistling to yourself when you saw Maki but behind her was Nico, Nozomi, Eli and a few others. "HEY!" You flinched when you heard Nico's voice.

"Aren't you (Y/N) (L/N)?!" She walked to you and you leaned even more onto your bike. "Yes, I am. If you're still mad about that time, I'll be completely honest with you." You cleared your throat before talking. "You are annoying." You bluntly told her. Nico then dramatically held onto her chest. "How dare you. I am the No.1 Idol in the Universe."

"And that, too." You muttered. "Maki, you ready to go." Maki widened her eyes as you called her name. "You know him, Maki?" a blue-nette asked her. "Him?" You questioned her. "You must be mistaken. Maki, why don't you tell them." Maki was surprised. "Why me?! This is about you, so how about you tell them." You shook your head slowly. "No, it should be you who tells them. I don't think you told them about the date." You crossed your arms. "What is going on? Now I'm just confused." The same blue-nette said. "Fine. Everyone, (Y/N) here is a girl. Not a boy. And we had a blind date once, thanks to Eli and Nozomi." she muttered the last part.

Eli and Nozomi just gave you a thumbs up and grinned. "Anyway, Maki, ready to go?" She slowly nodded and walked over to you. "Here's your helmet. Safety first." You sat on the bike and Maki sat behind you. You started the engine and revved it up a bit. "It was nice meeting you but we have to go. See you around." You drove away with Maki, into the sunset.

The old note here had an excuse about homework. Well, it's corona season so there's no homework. And no school.
