Hermione's Prov:
As we made our way to the castle,Harry sighed, "It feels good to be back." I nodded.

As we pulled up to the entrance hall of Hogwarts, i saw Malfoy grabbing his things from Filch. He'd matured. His hair weren't slick back like always, his dreamy grey ey- i shaked my head Hermione focus it's Draco freakin Malfoy.

By the time i was busy complimenting Malfoy in my head we were heading towards the Great Hall. We went inside and me, Harry, Ginny and Ron sat at Griffindor Table. Dumbledore stands and says a few words.

"Students welcome back to another year at Hogwarts, this is finally a year without Voldemort," Dumbledore said, some students flinched at the name of Voldemort

"This is a second chance for everyone to start over. For those of you who fought alongside Hogwarts and against Voldemort i thank you, however not everyone surived, let's have a minute silence for those who weren't lucky," Dumbledore said.

Everyone was silent, there were a few tears shed. Suddenly a picture of Fred fled through my mind. Harry's one arm was around my shoulder and the other was brushing a tear i didn't even notice.

"You okay?" Harry asked concerned.

"Yeah, thanks," I replied and Dumbledore begun again.

"This a big year for fifth years who will be taking their O.W.l.S and sixth and seventh years who will be having N.E.W.T.S ,
So i hope you study well. As always the Forbidden Forest is off limits for everyone. As you may have noticed i didn't appoint any heads this year, i will explain that later. Another request i would like all the sixth and the seventh to stay here after dinner. For now let the feast begin"

"Finally!" Ron said stuffing food into his mouth

"Gross" Me and Ginny said in reunion

"Mate, my best friend and fiancé are right close your mouth when you eat" Harry said putting an arm aroung Ginny.

"Whose side are you on?"

"I am on no ones"

"So, why do you think they want the seventh and sixth years to stay back after dinner?" I asked

"Maybe we will get our time tables we haven't gotten them yet either" Ron replies. We all nod, day dreaming about why we have to stay back.

Draco's Prov:
I walk into they Great Hall with Blaise on my right and Pansy on left clinging on my arm like she will be taken away any moment now.

"Pansy, we are not together could you please let go of me?" I say taking my arm out of her grasp.

Dumbledore as usual gave a whole 20-25 minutes speech which i have been hearing for the past 8 years. I dosed off when my eyes travelled to the Griffindor table and landed on the Granger. She thinks she is nice and know it all.I don't know how i have been with her for 8years without killing her. Is she crying? Why is crying? Draco this is Granger your babbling about, why do you care?

"Earth Draco?" Blaise says moving his hands over my eyes.

"Whats wrong with you?"

"It's not me dude, Dumbledore asked all sixth and seventh years to stay after dinner well what do you think it's for?" Blaise askes

"Probably to praise Potter, Weasley, and Granger" i reply with a stern expression

He nodds
