Let's Start Again! (Hermione Zabini)

Boggart Lesson

Hermione's Prov:
I woke up to again stupid alarm clock pf Draco, wjy does it always have to be on my side. I turn around to find the place cold where Draco should be, but i guess he woke up long ago. I then heard the shower running inside the bathroom, so it was probably Draco taking a shower

Today the only classes we have is Defence Against the Dark Arts after breakfast and Life Skills after lunch. Honestly, i don't know what is there left to teach. The books we got in the begining of the class explains everything clearly

"Finally, you took your time," i say as Draco comes out of the bathroom

"Ha ha," he laughing sarcasticly "At least i was not the one sleeping in,"

"Well, you should thank your stupid clock for waking me up," i said

"I know," he smirked

I just rolled my eyes at his smirk and went inside the bathroom. I stripped off of my clothes and and went to to take a quick warm shower. After i dry my body and hair, i wear my clothes and do a bit of make up leaving my waves hair to fall till my waist. When i came out i saw him doing his hair

"I could've sweared it took me about 20 minutes in the bath, an you are still not done with your hair," i say in a slight mocking voice

"Well, the hair you love don't magically appear, you know," he answers

When he was finally done, we walked downstairs finding everyone down except for Ginny, well it's not a surprise for anyone. We all had the same class except for Harry and Luna, they had Care of Magical Creatures 

"Ready?" Blaize asked everyone

We all nod, and start to head towards to the Great Hall. The wave of delicious smells hit us as we enter the Great Hall. We go to our table and sit around taking our plates. I put some pancakes with syrup and start eating while others take the same

There was not much conversation going around since we lived with each other, and nothing was hidden between us, maybe the deepest secrets but nothing more

It was five minutes till the first class started and we were early. Lupin is our new teacher and permanent i hope. I think Snape agreed to make him the wolfs-bane potions so he can control his transforming. Then the bell rang and we went in the class seeing that he hasn't arrived yet

"Good morning students," Lupin said as he enters the class room shortly after "please keep your books inside and move the table to side of the classes,"

With confused expression everyone does what he asked us to. I help a little with the desk moving and stacking the books of the tables or the books which were dropped on the floor during the movements

"So, today we are going to work with boggarts," he said pointing to the black wooden cupboard "i believe that we have already done this,"

The class nodded, we had done boggarts in our third year but we couldn't finish the lesson properly because of what Harry's boggart came out as. Fake or real Dementores are still frightening; maybe that's why Lupin didn't carry on that year 

"Okay, let's get started the shall we," He said rubbing his hands "Everyone make a line,"

We did as he said and everyone made a line, the first one to go was Neville, then Pravati followed by Harry and Ron and then everyone else, I was the 10th i think and three students behind me was Draco 

"Right now, Neville, you remember the incantation?" Lupin asked him  

"Yes sir," He said 

Lupin let the boggart after signaling to Neville to keep his wand at the ready. We watched as the boggart changed shapes and came on one- Hogwarts of Fire 

"Ridiculous," Neville said as the fire was changed into snow 

"Right, wonderful," Lupin as Neville went to the back of the line "Come on next,"  

Pravati went forward and the boggart again stared to changing it's shapes. The boggart set on a lion, i knew it wasn't real but Pravati backed away a little anyway before saying the incantation 

 "Ridiculous," She said and the lion changed into a small cute puppy 

The girls looked at with awe and wanted to pick it up knowing that it was just turn to dust when they do. As Pravati went back to the line Harry stepped up and even though everything was over i was still a little worried about him and Draco, Harry because it will either turn in to a dementor or either Voldemort, And Draco something similarly related

As Harry went forward and the boggart started changing drastically, i shared a worried glance with Ron and Lupin. When the boggort finally set at one place it was the - Malfoy Manner? It was the time when we got captured, it was when Draco had to recognize Harry. The room fell into a silence as they watched the scene in front of them, no one moving 

The boggart basically showed everything that happened till the boys were thrown i the cellar. There was nothing good about it, so Lupin distinguished the memory. As Harry went back to the line, everyone was staring at the 4 of us- Me, Draco, Harry and Ron

Ron avoided the stared and went to the front. I do hope that Ron's memory doesn't show any signs of the war, but something funny to lighten the mood in the class. And i was right, the boggart transformed into a memory where him and Harry were in the forest with the spiders crawling everywhere, i guess that was the first or the second year here 

The class started laughing at just the memory and Ron's half embarrassed and half frightening face

"Ridiculous," He said and the spiders were tap dancing 

The class again erupted into laughter, forgetting about Harry's memory. Before it was my turn i zoned completely, not thinking about anything but not paying attention as well until o heard my name called out from the class somewhere

I cleared my head went to the front of the class where the  boggart was in a Jack in the box shape. I went near and the boggart started changing into various shapes that i couldn't make out because of the speed of how it was changing

The boggart landed on, it was again the at Malfoy Manner, when i was lying on the floor mudblood carved into my skin with that cursed blade and in the background my screams could be hurt so was Bellatrix's laughter and Harry and Ron's threats on Bellatrix 

"Okay, class is dismissed," Lupin said as he step in front of me and put the boggart back into it's wooden cupboard

I ran out of the class with people calling my names but i didn't bother. Tears stinging my eyes as i remembered that night, the pain that was caused. I was never a mudblood but she didn't know that, and know i have that scar for life, mudblood or not  

I went to the one place, the Black Lake. I use to go their when i was sad, depressed or to calm down from something, since i arrived at Hogwarts. Looking beyond that always calmed me down and it was pleasing to see the sun arriving from lake in the morning 

I t was really cold and i forgot that i was wearing a half sleeve shirt, and didn't have a jumper with me, suddenly i heard footsteps, i looked back, it was Draco  

"Hermione...," He began "I t was all my fault,"

"It was not your fault Draco, it was that bitch's fault," I said with venom in my voice 

"Ah, the perfect girl is swearing," Draco said lightening the mood a little 

"Yeah, your a bad influence," I say eyeing him 

He just stuck his tongue out like a five year old, out his hand on my shoulder ad we were walking back to the castle. We didn't have any other lesson except for life skills after lunch
