Hermione's Prov:
Me and Draco ran down the stairs before Ginny could hex us. Wben we came down everyone was staring, except Blaise and Ginny they were smirking. And me and Draco realised we were still holding hands and let go quickly. I covered my face with my open hair hoping he didn't see me blush. 

"Mate, care to explain" Blaise says

"Shut up, can i talk to you Harry. Alone?" He askes Harry looks at me, noddes and takes him to his room leaving the door open.

I see Ron glaring at both Harry and Draco. I tried to look but nothing and Ginny does the same. She turnes and indicates that she can see.

Draco's Prov:
I followed Harry to his room. We stand their awkward for a second till i break the silence.

"Harry i have 2 things to ask you. One is a little hard and one is easy," I inform him

" sure go ahead,"

"First i would like to chande my behaviour against you and i am sorry for how i teased you and your friends. Could we start again as friends maybe?" I say Harry looked dumbfounded.

"I understand Draco, i do forgive you and of course we can start again but what about Ron?" He ask

"I will reconsider his sorry," i say remembering the way he was glaring at Hermione.

"I know why, Draco i suggest  you keep Hermione around you and don't leave her. If me and Ginny are not their and you need go some where keep Blaise with her or Luna don't leave her alone, you understand?" He asks in a serious tone.

"I understand but why should i? Wealey was just glaring at her, I thought i will just throw punch after were done talking," i say

"Ron said he will do anything and even if it means forcing him self on Hermione" he says worried

"Thanks for telling Harry" I say

"No problem i always loved her as a sister i never had and know we are friends" he says as he cam in for manily hug.

"Come on or Ginny will have our heads" he says as i chuckle and we go back.

Hermione's Prov:
"Guys i saw Harry abd Draco hugging" Ginny whisper's excited

I know why, he apologised to Harry. Soon they came out and no one said anything about hug.
We laughed and played all morning. Then lunch came and the boys ran to the table which appeared with food and drinks.

"Finally" the guys say and we all take plates and get whatever we want to eat.

After were all full and ran out of games to play we sat talked. Boys, Ginny except for Ron were telling about quidditch to Lavender, luna and me and in the background we had music. I saw that Ron was sitting in his room angry with something so i walked over to him to talk.

"Hey, what's the matter" i asked

"You chose the wrong person to be with mudblood" he says and i was taken back.

"What do you mean?" I say getting scared. I got up and i was about to go when he put a hand on my mouth and push me against a wall.

"Ron please" i cried, i have never seen this part of him. He ripped my shirt leaving me in my bra and yelled not before his hand collided with my cheek "Ow,ahh" i cried more as he was unbottening my shorts.

"Draco," I shouted before he could any farther hoping  they could hear my voice over the music.

"Harry........... Blaize" I shout again

The door burst open and Harry was standing there looki g at me and what was doing.

"Draco Hurry Up" i hear Harry yell.

In the mean time i could see Ron's face bubbling with anger and he punched me hard and the next thing i knew i was falling until someone's arms caught me.

All i could see was blackness.

Draco's Prov:
Me and Harry were debating on which quidditch team is better until i heard mine and Harry's name coming from Weasel's room. Both of us stood up and ran for the door we barged in and saw Hermione pushed against the wall, shirtless, crying, her face reddened, top of all Weasel towering above her. Weasel didn't notice us come in.

"Take Hermione out of here" i whisper to Harry and he does.

I grab Ron by the shirt and yank him back forwards not before he punched Hermione and she fell luckily Harry was their to catch before she hit her head. He picked her up bridal style and took her to the infirmary. Everyone following him once they see her in his arms unconscious. I turned my attention back to Ron. He was about to rape my future wife.

"You fucking bastard" i say as punch him several times until my knuckles were bloody

Someone grabed my hand gently. I looked back to Ginny.

"Leave him he is not worth it" she says helping me up abd going back to him. Ron meets his with Ginny

"You may not like Draco but i do and i would like you to stay way from them or i will fucking hex you to oblivion. Don't lay a hand on her, you slut" she says and then turns back to me

"Go get any shirt from Hermione's wardrobe" she asks me. I look at her with confused look. "We need to go to the hospital wing plus she was shirtless,"

I run to our room and grab tge first shirt i see it was a black sleevless crop top and ran back Ginny and we left. When we arrive we see Harry their and others outside the wing.

"What happened" me and Ginny asked in reunion.
Harry looked on the floor refusing to make i contact to any of us. I feel Ginny tense beside me.

"What happened Harry" i asked again worried. 

"She is not in a stable condition for three reasons, one the outburst of Ron's behaviour or the fact that Ron could rape her shocked her, second Ron had already damaged her head which is affecting her brain to give any physical signals to wake up, third he has broken her left arm," He says with the same worried look.

"I wish i could do the same think with him what he did to her," i say

"I agree with Draco, Ron might be my best friend but i always stand up for Hermione whatever it takes," He says. Others nodd as well.

Madam Pomfey came bursting through the doors.

"Mr Malfoy and Mr Potter could i please speak with you and one of u could you get a top for Ms Granger," she says. Then i remembered the shirt i was holding.

"I have a shirt professor" i say holding it up.

She nodds and me and Harry go inside. And sit one of the beds while Madam Pomfey puts Hermione in a shirt. We wnt to her bet after she was done. All the colour from her body was gone. There was a cut on her arm and her lips where swollen on the side. She looked helpless.

"When will she wake up?" Harry asked.

"She may take a few days or a month or even longer depends on her condition," she replies looking at floor.

"Off you go it's nearly dinner time and visiting hours are over," she says as she rolls the curtain to Hermione's bed and push us out.

We go out a d everyone is staring at us

"Well, " Blaise says

"She might never wake up" i say with teary eyes. Everyone starts crying.
