"She let me in." He smiled, wrapping his arms around my small figure. I inhaled his all too familiar scent. Just as I had remembered. Strangely enough, he was wearing it when we met, I just didn't let it overwhelm me then.

"But your car, won't they-"

"No, I had them drop me off here." He winked. I rolled my eyes at him, flopping back onto my bed. "We're taking your car."

He smirked, giving off that he had a plan. He sat up, rubbing his hands together, as if gathering the words and compile them into one whole epic idea.

"We're going to eat." He said holding his hands out like a magician did when they did a trick. However, I was not amused, at all.

"But-"

"Before you say anything," He cut me off, "It's a small, whole in the wall restaurant I found. You know, like the stuff I see on your tumblr all the time."

He giggled. His smile faded as he watched my expression change. I looked for any reason not to go out tonight, but came up with nothing. It was hard to when I hadn't seen him in so long.

"Don't tell me you don't like this idea." He said, his lips turning into somewhat of a frown.

"It's not that I don't. I want to go out with you, I really do. But we could get caught. And then everything we hid for would be for nothing.

"We won't. And if we do, hey... If it comes, it comes." He shrugged as if it would be that easy for ourselves to handle, as well as fans and the media.

I caved, leaving Justin to his words. He'd only argue about how we have been apart for so long. I admit I couldn't take it either, even if we called or texted.

"Okay." I gave in, Justin leading me out.

It wasn't to bad of a drive, forty minutes, just north from where we had been. It was a few blocks down from a record store I used to go to a few years ago.

"I've been down here before." I said, recognizing a few street names as well as some stores. It was a less populated area, nothing like downtown LA.

"It just up ahead, right there." He pointed to a small building, most of it covered in a flowering vine that grew up the side.

We walked inside, sitting up at a table toward the back.

I looked at my surroundings, Justin's thoughts on the place close to what he imagined and described. It was a small and quaint place, a few people here and there. Low, coffee house music played as we sat and waited.

Justin ordered us what the waiter had recommended was their popular dish.

Since I hadn't known Justin was coming over, I would have not eaten a few hours ago. I was still full from the meal my mother had whipped up for us as a late lunch.

"When I came to check this place out before, I tried some of their other stuff like the pastries, they're amazing." He smiled, pointing over to the counter which had a display case of assorted cakes, pastries and cookies.

"We can grab something to go later." I smiled, rubbing his forearm as I sat next to him.

"So what have you been up to these past weeks. I've missed actually talking to you in person." He chuckled holding my hand. Kissing the back of it, his eyes traveled back up to mine.

"Not much. Work, sleep, eat. With the exception of texting or getting the occasional phone call from you." I said, staring down at my hands.

"That's not enough to get the 411 on what I've missed for a month." He chuckled again.
