" Ryujin-ah , wake up. Please. "

Why can't I move ?

Where am I ?

I tried hard to open my eyes but it can't be opened. All I know is that a tear drop rolled down my cheeks. I really want to get up.

I felt so done with myself.

It's honestly really boring when you can't do anything except for listening to people cry. It's torturous not being able to move.

" Is she awake ? "

My heart started beating faster and I guess it's shown on the heart monitor cause I think i'm at the hospital with the beeping sound.

I know the owner of that voice.

It's Kangmin.

The scene that I saw before I was hit wasn't pleasant and it was the scene of Kangmin and Hana together.

If I did wake up , I am just going to pretend that I can't remember Kangmin or Hana. I want to remove them from my life so they are able to be happy with each other.

" Ryujin ! "

My eyes widened , not literally cause i'm in coma. But I heard my mom screamed and my dad came in too. If only I am able to open my eyes.

You know what's ironic ? The fact that I can yawn but it isn't shown on my physical appearance. Like what ?

Also , I got tired talking to myself that i felt like sleeping so bad.

" Are you Ryujin ? " I nodded when I saw someone , someone I've never seen before. She's so pretty that I questioned if she's an angel.

" Yes I am an angel. " She smiled and I felt like I was blessed.

She chuckled and came to me.

" You want to get up really bad right ? " I nodded and she smiled. She passed me something , it was a small charm.

" This charm is in the hands of your soulmate , when you are awake , you have to find it or else you're going to leave this world for real. " My eyes widened.

" What ? Why ? W- "

Suddenly I am able to feel my body and my eyes gradually opened as the light shine into my eyes. I see my family members and Kangmin.

I sat up slowly and I suddenly remembered what the angel said to me.

It's in the hands of my soulmate.

What if my soulmate is somewhere in the forest now ? how am I going to find him and get the charm ?

I took my phone and started searching for charms on different online shopping websites but I can't find it. It has became my quest to look for it.

" What are you searching for ? " Hyejin asked and I didn't reply. I was too immersed into searching for the charm that I just eliminate the outside world.

I'm not going to leave this world at such young age.

But if I didn't managed to find it , when will I leave this world ?

" Ryujin ! " I looked up to see my dad looking down at me and they asked me what I was searching for.

" A charm. I need that charm. " They looked at me in confusion. Before this incident , I wasn't the kind to have charms to even to buy charms because I felt like they were useless and are fake.

Lucky charms ?

To me those are all people being delusional but now , I realised that maybe those are indeed real.

" What colour is it ? " I thought back about how the charm looks like and it's a foot , rabbit's foot.

" I'm not sure what colour was it , but it's rabbit's foot. " My mom thought for a while , she said she didn't know of such charms.

I mean she wasn't even around for me.

" Why do you need that charm ? " Hyejin asked and I thought for a moment. Should I tell them about my dream ? Maybe not.

" I just suddenly remembered it. " She nodded.

" Rest for now. Don't exert too much force. " I suddenly felt a sharp pain on my head and I touched it and realised that I have bandage on my head wrapped round and round.

I decided to search up on angels to see if I would see her face. Maybe it isn't real and I shouldn't take it seriously but I felt like it was real.

" Ryujin , " I quickly hide my phone under my blanket and I realised Hana entered the room with a smirk.

" Look , you should leave Kangmin alone. Are you there to see us that's why you got hit by an incoming vehicle ? " He crossed her arms.

" Why would I waste my time on such things ? Seeing your face is just going to make me feel really disgusted. " Her eyes widened.

I felt like if I didn't find the charm , I shouldn't regret not doing things that I wanted to do in this world.

" No wonder you and your sister are siblings. Your sister slapped my brother for dumping her but your sister isn't even worthy of my brother. " She said.

Remembered what I said the other time ? Anyone can insult me just not my family.

She's asking for it.

I stood up and slapped her.

" I'm proud of my sister for slapping your brother and I should do the same to you right ? Both you and your brother aren't worth me and my sister's time. " I sat back down.

" How dare you ?! " She was about to slap me when someone held her hand.

I looked up to see Kangmin , he was glaring down at Hana and she was shook. She looked at me and back at Kangmin. She yanked his hand away before storming out.

" Are you okay ? " he asked me and I nodded.

" I was worried sick , I had so much thoughts in my head and I- " I sighed and looked up at him.

I wanted to pretend that I can't remember him but I failed. I do missed him a lot and by that i mean a lot but sadly , I have to be cold to him.

" Kangmin , you should chase after your fiancé. " I could see tint of sadness in his eyes but I can't do anything but to be cold towards him.

" Ryuji- "

" Go. " I said , he looked at me and sighed. He passed me something before walking out of the room slowly , he kept turning back. I think he took five minutes to walk out of the room.

I looked down at what he gave me.

It's a card that he wrote by myself with pictures of us together since we did took a few at the amusement park.

I have a habit of reading out things instead or reading it silently , I opened my eyes and started reading the letter.

But you guys should only find out about the content in the next chapter.
