Love at First Sight

  So the next day I decided to go to the dollar store to get some groceries for the house
  When I get to the register the cashier says "that will be $20.57"
  I look at what I have and I only have $10.00 but out of nowhere a boy says "it's okay I got it" "no it's okay I will just put something back" I say nervously
  He doesn't even say anything back he just gives the lady the money and the lady then gives me my groceries 
  While I wait for him to checkout I walk up to him and say "Thanks"
  He says "no problem"
I stare into his hazel brown looking eyes while we talk
"By the way I never got your name" he says
"Oh yeah my name is Mya!" "What about you?"
   "Myles Taylor" he said
He looking light skinned boy with hazel eyes
"So isn't you're prom coming up?" He says when my smile fades away
"Oh no my school got torn down a few weeks ago" I say sadly
"Oh I'm sorry,I heard about it but I didn't think it was that serious" "it's okay" I say
"Hey are you doing anything today?" I ask
He shakes his head no
  "Okay well you can come over to my house!" "If you want to" I say not to sound as creepy
He nods and we get into his car and drive to my house as I direct him to it
    When we get inside I turn on all the lights
"Do you live alone?" He asks "yeah my grandma died yesterday and this used to be her house."
  He doesn't even say anything he just gives me a hug and says "it's okay grandpa died a few years ago and we were really close too"
As he talks to me about his grandpa I sniff in his manly scent
   When we pull away from our hug i say "are you hungry?" He then responds with a nod  I say "okay"
I get into the kitchen and make us some of my grandma's favorite chicken casserole
   When it was finished we ate and Myles said "wow.. that was amazing" I say "thanks my grandma taught me how to make it"
   Once I put our plates in the sink we walk over to the couch to watch IT 
  I hated scary movies so every time a jump-scare was about to come on I dug my head into his shoulder
  Eventually he had one arm around me and we both fell asleep comfortably together as I fell asleep tmi thought to myself "he might be a good guy if Mia doesn't take him away from me"
