Love at First Sight

Time To Say Goodbye

  I turn to see Cole with my journal in his hand at first I didn't care but then I realized who that was and what was in his hands
   "Why do have my stuff in your hands?" I say angrily
     He stares at me while I impatiently wait for his answer
   So after I get tired of waiting I grab the book out of his hand, "so I don't get a thank you,Mia said you would be like this" I look at him "She said I would be like what?" With no hesitation he says "Selfish"
    I look at him but then walk off "why does that book even mean so much to you anyway,I used to see you everywhere with it?"
    I walk back up to him and slap him on the face "This book is one of the only things that remind me of my dead parents!" I yell as I am crying
  He then looks upset but sorry at the same time "I'm so sorry I didn't know" 
   I just look at him and say "Just leave me alone and thanks for the book"
   As I am walking back to the hospital to see my grandma I stop at the drug store to get snacks 
  I ended up getting Doritos and a Dr Pepper "That will be $5.34" I give her the money  "Thanks" I say as I walk out the door
   Once I get to the hospital and walk into the room all I hear is a flat line
  I try to wake up my grandma but she just stays still
