I'm in the garage editing my video. I can hear Liv and Colby talking in the kitchen. I'm pretty sure they both like each other. I really don't want them to date because first, Olivia just got out of a really long and bad relationship, second, that's just weird one of my best friends dating my little sister and third, if he ever hurt her I wouldn't be able to look at him and he's honestly the only person in this house who I'm super super close with, I mean I've told Colby things that not even Liv knows. I don't think their relationship is going anywhere tho, because I know Liv and Colby, they would have told me by now if they liked each other. The convo dies down after a while. A assume they both left. A suddenly hear a knock at the door way. I turn to see Colby shyly standing there.
"Hey Colby!" I say
"Hey man," he sounds nervous
"What is is?" I ask
"What? Nothing," he lying.
"Look I know you like Olivia,"
"Psshhh no I don't," He says.
"Yes you do," I said sternly
"Yes I do," he agrees.
"You what you came in here to ask if you could go out with her?"
"Yeah." He admits.
"No," I say flatly
"What why?" He asks.
"You're my best friend and she's my little sister! Let me just say again you're my BEST FRIEND and she's my LITTLE SISTER!" I say.
"Come on man, I can't even take her on one date?"
"No"
"Look man, you know I've been going through really bad depression,"
"Don't try to take your depression into this." I say.
"Well I am, She makes me happy, for the first time in years in happy, Elton When was the last time you heard me say that I was happy?"
"Last week at the carnival," I say.
"Okay That was just because there was a camera there, I'm not going to display my depression all over YouTube," He says. "So again when was the last time you hear me say I was happy and genuinely mean it?" He asks.
"I don't know maybe 6 months," I guess
"Exactly, Elton that's half a year of me sulking in depression but your sister makes me feel happy, for real, for once in 6 months I can finally be my self around her!"
"Okay okay, fine ONE DATE, if it goes well I think about it and if you hurt her, you won't be waking up in the morning,"
"Omg thanks you Elton sooo much!" He says and come over and hugs me.
"Okay okay, let Me get back to editing." I turn back around and finish editing.

Colby's POV
I'm so happy Elton said that I can go on a date with Liv, she really does make me happy!
I walk up the stairs to Liv's room peer in thought the cracked door she is dancing around and dining Ed Sheerean songs. Man her voice is like an angel. I lean on the door forgetting is slightly open so I push the door open and fall on to the floor in front of liv.
"Omg Colby are you ok?" She said helping me up
"Yeah I'm all good." I say.
"Wait how long have you been standing there?" She asks
"Long enough to know, you have a beautiful voice, so not that long."
"Aww thanks Colby." She says.
"Ummmm So I was winding if you wanted to go on a date with me?" I nervously ask.
"Yes I would love to!," She says. "Shit but what about Elton?"
"I already talked to him, he said that I can take you on a date and if it goes well he might let us date!" I say.
"Yay! Well then make it a good first date!" She says.
"Oh it will be unforgettable!" I say. I then kiss her cheek and leave the room. This date will be perfect.
