Chapter One

Chapter 1

Maddie's POV

I woke up to the sound of my phone ringing, "Ugh," I groaned as I picked up my phone and dismissed my alarm.

Just as I was about to roll out of bed, my brother Matthew walked into my room. "Hey, are you all ready for today Maddie?" he said. "Yea, I'm super excited but I don't know if people are going to like me," I replied to him.

Yes, I was Maddie Espinosa, Matthew Espinosa's sister. Over these past months Matt has become pretty famous over an app called Vine. He was the asked to join this tour called Magcon which is a meet and greet convention and I was attending too because I made my own Vines and was invited to be one of the special guests.

"Maddie I promise they will love you. You are an amazing girl who is funny, talented, and beautiful. I'm sure the guys will love you, and the fans love you already, so you'll be fine! And we are going to have so much fun!" He was yelling and getting all excited just thinking about it. "Thanks Matt I love youuu!" I said giving him a hug.

"Haha, no problem. And I love you too, but I'm going to leave you and let you get ready and finish getting all your stuff together because we have to leave for our flight soon!" He said, hugging me back. I laughed and pushed him off of me "Well then get out of here you freak!" I said laughing as I closed the door and began to get ready.

I shut my door and went to turn on my straightener. I showered last night and I decided I wanted to straighten my naturally wavy long brown hair, which is what I normally do. When I finished my hair I decided to wear some yoga pants and a pullover hoodie of Matt's because I would be sitting on a plane for a couple hours so I might as well be comfy.

There are eleven guys attending Magcon and one other girl. These guys include Matt (obviously), Aaron Carpenter, Taylor Caniff, Cameron Dallas, Nash Grier, Carter Reynolds, Jack Johnson and Jack Gilinsky, Shawn Mendes and Jacob Whitesides. The only other girl attending is Mahogany, who is the DJ.

This is the first Magcon I'm going to be attending, but it isn't Matthew's. He had already attended several other Magcons but my first Magcon is going to be in Chicago this weekend, and I couldn't be more excited.

"Matthew, I'm ready! Are you almost done?" I yelled, dragging my suitcase and my carry-on bag down the stairs. "Yep! I'm finished putting everything in my bags, I'll be downstairs in a second!" He yelled back.

Matthew finally made it downstairs with all of his luggage and so we packed up the car and were heading off to the airport.

When we arrived at the airport we got our luggage tagged and got through security fairly quickly so we had almost an hour before our flight was going to get called for boarding.

We spent the hour mostly talking about Magcon and how excited we were, and we also made of couple of vines together out of boredom.

Our flight got called and it was finally time to be on our way to Chicago! I smiled to myself as Matthew put our bags in the overhead, giving me a chance to get the window seat before him. "Window seat!" I said giggling to Matt. "Fine, you can have the window seat this time," Matthew said groaning as some old man was sat down next to him.

*In Chicago*

When we finally landed and claimed all of our luggage, we were suddenly greeted by almost one hundred fans. Me and Matt took pictures with everyone that showed up and followed some of the girls that gave us their twitter names.

"Maddie you're so pretty!" Someone yelled to me, making my cheeks blush. "She's actually the definition of perfect like why can't I be her" Another girl said. They were all so nice and supportive and I wish they knew how much me and the boys appreciate them.

Once we were done talking to the fans, we found our driver that was going to be taking us to the hotel. We put our luggage in the back of the car and we were on our way to go meet the rest of the boys.

*At Hotel*

When we arrived at the hotel, our driver took our bags out and we took them and went to the lobby to check in. We got our room keys and made our way up to our room. We were sharing a room with Carter and Taylor, I didn't mind though.

We opened the door of our room and as soon as Taylor saw us he was screaming and running up to us before I even could walk through the door. "Matthew and Maddie are here!" He was yelling, probably everyone on our floor could hear him. He ran to Matt and gave him a hug and then he walked over to me and gave me a really big hug, practically suffocating me. "Hi Maddie I'm Taylor, welcome to the Magcon family" He said with a wink. "Thanks Taylor" I said laughing, and waking over to Carter who also greeted me with a hug.

"Hey Maddie, it's nice to meet you, I'm Carter if you didn't already know." He said to me, blushing slightly. "Haha hi Carter it's nice to meet you too!" I replied setting my bags down on the bed and unzipping my bag, picking out something to wear.

I just grabbed a pair of leggings and baggy long sleeved shirt to change in to and walked to the bathroom to change. Matthew was waiting for me when I walked out. "Taylor and Carter went to go to Nash and Cam's room because that's where all the other guys are, so we're going to go there right now so you can meet the rest of them." Matthew said with a smile. I agreed and we grabbed a room key and headed to the other guys' room.

We knocked on the door and waited for someone to answer and let us in. All of a sudden, a boy with beautiful bright blue eyes opened the door and welcomed us in. "Hi! I'm Nash by the way, you must be Maddie?" He said with a big smile on his face. I nodded as he pulled me into a tight hug and brought me into the room. I loved how welcoming they were to me already. "MATTHEW!" A chorus of many voices exclaimed, making me laugh. The boys tackled Matt to the ground and were all laughing together.

After they all stood up everyone made their way to me and gave me a hug and introduced themselves. I had made my way down the line of the guys and there was one more person to meet. I looked up and my eyes met with one of the most captivating eyes I have looked at

"Hi, I'm Jacob" He said.
