Chapter Six

Chapter 6

Maddie's POV

I enter my room in utter awe at what just happened. Jacob is so amazing and I had such a great night I can't wait to tell Matthew how it went

As soon as I opened the door, of course Carter and Taylor and Matt were all in there, practically screaming and running to me, so curious to know how it went.

After I got all of them to chill we all sat on the bed and I began to tell them what happened. I felt like we were a bunch of girls getting ready for big gossip. "I had an amazing night," I beamed, and seeing all their reactions were urging me to continue so I kept going. "We drove down to Millennium park. And after we walked around there for a bit we sat and ate food, and then he took me to the Navy Pier and we got to walk around there with all the beautiful views and ride the Ferris wheel and visit the shops and, oh that reminds me," I say, trailing off as a grab the sweets I brought them earlier out of my bag. I toss I bag full of fudge their way and they immediately grab it and practically start inhaling it.

"So, you had a good night though overall?" Carter asks me. "Yess I did, I hope I'll be able to go out again," I am now gushing to them about Jacob which is semi- embarrassing because now I seem like one of those over obsessive girls who falls for a guy after just meeting him. My God I am one of those girls.

Jacob's POV

When Shawn and the Jacks finally got back to the room after dinner, they instantly became eager to hear how it went, and I was very much in need to brag about how much fun we had. "Lover boy is back!!" Johnson said, and with that all three of them were asking so many questions to even keep up with. "Are you guys going to be getting back together for another date any time soon?" Shawn asked. "I really really hope so, we hit it off pretty well I think." I said, slightly losing confidence. What if she was just being nice and actually doesn't want anything else to do to me? What if I don't end up being good enough for her? Many thoughts rush through my mind and it gets me feeling a bit discouraged. "That's great man, in my opinion I think y'all look good together." Jack G said, and it does help that they support it but I'm still unsure. "Thanks guys, but I'm exhausted and I need to sleep or I never will, so night guys." I replied wearily, tucking the covers over my head and thinking about today. I really hope that this will work out for us, because even though I haven't exactly had much experience with dating, I can see us together in the future. I hope I'm right, I say to myself, drifting off to sleep.

Maddie's POV

I wake up in the morning feeling completely awake and satisfied, after all I did sleep like a rock last night. Seeing that my room mates were all still fast asleep, I took my opportunity and eagerly jumped in the shower before everyone woke up and started fighting for it. I do believe that part of the reason I'm so happy this morning is because it's the first day of Magcon. After showering I left the bathroom and started blow drying my hair in the room because Matthew, Taylor and Carter had all woken up by now and were waiting to get in. We had to be down at the venue for 11 and it was getting close to 10 so we were all feeling a bit rushed. I decide on a quick outfit of a grey t-shirt with my red flannel and black leggings. Looking outside and judging by how chilly it has been the last few days, I also throw on an infinity scarf and my tall brown boots, tying together my comfortable, and cozy outfit. I decide that my natural hair waves look good today, so I tease my hair a bit at the roots and then quickly apply some under eye concealer, and a pretty gold eyeshadow underneath my mascara and winged eyeliner.

Feeling satisfied with my makeup and outfit, I quickly grab my bag and rush out the door behind the guys, who had gotten ready in like twenty minutes (I wish). "You look cute," Carter says to me, making me blush. "Aweh that's so cute, you got all dressed up for your boyfriend!" Matthew says, shoving me into the elevator. "Shut up, I didn't dress up. And I just felt good today and wanted to look nice that's all" I said, pushing him back. But in all honestly, I kind of did want to look good for Jacob. I hope I can catch him at breakfast so we can hang out for a bit before Magcon. We won't be able to be all flirty and stuff at the event, after all the fans would catch on and definitely not like me very much.

We get down to the breakfast area and I instantly spot Cameron, Nash, and Aaron, but can't see Jacob. Huh, he must've already ate, I mutter to myself. After all, we only have about twenty more minutes before we have to be ready for the meet and greet to start. I end up sitting with just Matt, Taylor and Carter because everyone else had already eaten and left. Yikes, I think. Maybe we should get up and get ready a bit earlier tomorrow.

"Are you done Maddie, we really should get going to the venue." Matt is saying, already getting up and forcing me to leave the rest of my food. "Ugh, I didn't get to finish asshole." I say, taking one last bite of my muffin before discarding the rest of my leftover food onto one of waiter's carts, and run out the door after the boys. "You shouldn't want to be late anyway, it IS your first Magcon afterall," Carter says, "HOW EXCITED ARE YOU THOUGH?" Taylor asks me, as I jump on his back. "Yasss tota-" I reply, cutting myself off. Shawn and the Jacks and Jacob aren't here yet. I look at my watch and see it's five past 11. Wonder where they went.

Okayy I'm going to leave off there. I really wanted to get something up because the next chapter is going to be very busy!! This is pretty lengthy for a filler chapter but that's okay I guess.

The next chapter's strict focus is hopefully going to be the whole Magcon event, and might be about a week before it's up.

Anyways, I'm going to stop talking because of my doubts that anyone is actually reading this, but I will say all the typical stuff, that all feedback is welcome, and to vote and comment because I do want to talk to you guys and I want to write what you guys want. Anyways that is all:)
