Chapter Two

Percy's P.O.V.

I woke up from the dream confused as to what it meant. I looked down and saw I was hard. Great. I thought. I looked at my clock and saw it was six. Might as well take a cold shower. I got my clothes and towel then opened my bathroom door*.

I turned on the water and got in, letting the water cool me off. I was thinking about the dream. What did it mean? We're only friends, right? I mean, I don't like guys, do I? Well, I have bigger fish to fry. I need to talk to Annabeth about what's going on between us.

I got out and wrapped a towel around my waist. I dried then got dressed. When I was done it was time for breakfast. I opened my door and saw Leo. I jogged up to him and we walked to breakfast together.

When we got there we went to our tables. I got what I usually do. Grover then sat down beside me and we started talking.

"Hey, have you noticed anything different about Annabeth?" I asked.

"Like what?" Grover questioned.

"Like she acts weird whenever I'm around." Suddenly Juniper appeared and said "Are you talking about Annabeth?" I nodded then she said "Well one of my friends said she saw Annabeth and Will making out in the woods."

I was shocked. Annabeth was cheating on me? With Will? I thought he was my friend. But the weird thing is I'm not mad. I'm not even sad. I actually feel kinda relieved. After breakfast I was going to break up with her.

When everyone was done, Annabeth had already walked out. I ran after her and called "Annabeth." She turned around and saw me. She stopped and waited for me to catch up. "Yeah, what is it Percy?" She asked innocently.

"Did you cheat on me?" I said straight to the point. She looked down, guilty. She nodded her head. "Well, I'm sorry, but I have to break up with you." Her head shot up and she looked at me with tears in her eyes.

I started to walk away, leaving her sobbing and everyone watching us.

*I imagine that each cabin has it's own bathroom, even though I know they don't that's just how I picture it.
