Jades POV
I ran toward the kitchen. I could smell the spaghetti. I sat down and ate. As I was putting my plate into the sink Jay came down stairs.
"Did you like the spaghetti " he said smiling
I smiled back" Where did you learn to cook "
" I always cook" he said
"Well than you should cook more often" I said
He just looked down and blushed. "So we done studying" I said
"No" he looked up" we're studying tomorrow" he replied
"Can we study in your house tomorrow " I replied
His eyes shot open I think I saw fear but it quickly disappeared. I think I must have imagined it. "su-sure after school".
"Yup" I said
"I have to get going" he said
"Your leaving already" I said faking hurt
"No-I -I just have to get home" he said fidgeting
"Just joking with you " I said
I started to smile
He once again returned it "bye "he whispered
"Bye" I said normally
As he left I went upstairs, the nerd seems pretty cool. WAIT!!! NO !! NOO!! NOOOOOOI!!!!!!!!
I am getting soft I can't let that happen that's why I have walls but he just cut almost all of them . How? I ran to my bathroom and looked in the mirror I chanted " you have to be tough don't ever ever let your walls down"
What ever it takes I will never ever let my walls down.
