Chapter 45

A/N so hey guys I know I've had no excuse for not updating in so long but I've seriously not had the energy it's been a rocky year and I've moved 300 miles away from my family for a fresh start at life and I'm hoping to be able to update more so I hope you enjoy!

Destiny's Prov

Norman thinks we are in this together no matter what happens. Can I put him through it all? I'm in love with him but how can I move on when my past is chasing me? I had a lot to think about and Norman was just staring at me while still holding my hands I nodded and hugged him tightly taking in his scent as he relaxed into my arms. This was nice.

A Couple Days Later.

Everything was going well, we were starting to get things back on track and went back to the city, it was coming up to Christmas now and Norman and myself went back to New York after everything that happened we all thought it would be best if we went back as it's busier and a bigger place which meant harder for Kevin to find me.

I was laying on the bed with Norman's arm wrapped lazily around my waist as his head was beside mine snoring away, i didn't want to wake him so I played on my phone for a while until he woke up.

"Morning baby" he groggy spoke pulling me closer to him. "Morning sweetie" I smiled at him giving him a quick kiss. "I'm gonna go shower and I'll make breakfast for us before I'm gonna go head and spend the day with Mingus, do you wanna come?" Norman asked getting up out of bed. "I would love to but I've made plans with the girls to go Christmas shopping but if you want I'll swap you" I smiled sitting up a little and he chucked with a no reply.

Norman got out the shower and made pancakes for us as I was in the shower, I got out and headed downstairs following the delicious smell. I plopped myself down at the table watching him as he started dishing up the food. "I gotto leave straight after this and I'm not sure when I'll be back, I probably won't be here for dinner." He said taking a bite. I nodded "that's ok I'm gonna be busy all day anyway" I said finishing my food.

Norman came upstairs and said his goodbyes and gave me a kiss as he headed out the door. I just sat there on the floor in front of the mirror and messaged Hope and Lexa about today's events.
