Chapter 5

After at least four days, Error had been made a schedule of who he could meet and what days he could meet them since there were so many. "Error, if you want you can meet who ever you want today?" Dream said and Error held tightly onto Ink sleeve, Ink didn't really mind it as he knew Error's condition could make him clingy. Error looked over at Ink and said, "I want to see Cross." Error said innocently. Ink and Dream twitched at the name.

Had Cross been visiting Error, lying to Error?

Dream mentally shook his head before looking at Ink who had his arms wrapped protectively around Error and a 'Never in my life did I believe he'd say that again' face. Dream forced a calm relaxed smile and sat down in front of Error. "Error, why do you want to see Cross?" Dream asked as Ink's arm slowly inches it's way around Error's stomach.Dream knew Ink had a crush on Error and would do anything to protect him. Dream wasn't gonna stop Ink cause what better protector then the Creator who protects worlds 24/7?

"Well, he said that I wasn't allowed to tell so I promised I wouldn't." Error said oblivious to his new conflict. He didn't really see anything wrong with him and Cross chatting so he didn't know why he had to keep it a secret "Error, Cross is not nice, he has hurt people." Ink said trying to keep it small and simple. Error shook his head in small swings. "Cross is very nice, he said that he wouldn't let Nightmare hurt me and let him anyway near me. He promised, said something like I wasn't fit for fighting." Error explain but still keeping his secret.

Error was before and now still good with keeping secrets. He was able to do it with ease, one thing he would never loose.

"So he hasn't hurt you?" Dream asked slowly and getting a nod from Error who smiled innocently. Ink sighed laying his head on Error shoulders as a tint of rainbow covered his cheekbones. He knew Error could keep secrets well and was not gonna give them what they wanted. Though, they were just happy they got some of what they needed to make a conclusion.

Cross was secretly chatting with Error when no one was watching, when he had Error to himself with no interruptions.

Dreamed sighed shaking his head. "Error, he isn't gonna see ya if we are around, you need to pick someone else." Dream said rubbing the sad Error's head. Error sighed but soon smiled having an idea. "I want to see Orbit (Outertale Sans)!" Error said as Ink unwrapped his arms slightly. He knew something was up, Error was planning something.

"Okay, I don't see why not, how bout it Dream?" Ink said cheerfully and winked at Dream signaling him that Error was planning something. Dream looked at Errors cheer filled face and back at Ink raising a brow. "Welp, I don't see why not, let's go." Dream said as Error stumbled from his spot and almost dropped his glasses but caught them before grabbing Ink's hand as Dream built a portal. Error rushed through as Ink stumble behind. "Error, slow down." Ink said as they soon entered Outertale. Error let go of Ink's hand and teleported to the cliff he sat on and looked up at the stars. Ink giggled sitting down beside him. "You must really wanted to see those stars.

Ink felt something watching them and then looked at Error who cringed at the feeling.

"That's not Cross."
