Glitch awoke to distant voices.
"Asriel? Asriel, I think I heard a thud!"
"What is it?"
"I dunno. Should I go check?"
"I'll go first. You go home and tell mom."
"Okay."
She slowly opened her eyes to see someone walking nearby. They stopped, looked around, saw her, and ran over.
"Are you okay?"
He didn't look like a human at all.
"I...I think so."
"Here, let me help you up."
He helped her up, supporting her. She stared at him. No one had shown her such kindness before...well, no one except Toriel...but did she even count?
Wait. This person seemed familiar.
"T...thank you."
"No problem. What's your name? I'm Asriel."
Asriel.
The name echoed in her mind.
She remembered all the times he came to Gaster's lab to visit...

She didn't know. No time to think of that now, anyway.
"I'm Gabby." she lied, hiding a flinch from the memories.
"Gabby? That's a nice name."
"Thanks..."
Asriel nodded. "Here, let me help you home. Mom and dad should be able to help. I sent Kira back to tell mom that you fell."
"...who's Kira?"
"She's one of my siblings! Well, adopted siblings. Anyways, c'mon!"
Asriel helped Glitch back to his home.
