I could see this being Raven in an actual anime version of the Teen Titans.
And just to clear up: I am pretty sure that Teen Titans is not an anime, I think people say that because of those little emotion things that pop up every once in a while when a character gets exited or whatever.

also, Fun Fact peoples: Apparently the style in which Teen Titans is made in is called "Muricanime", named after the creator (I think?) Dan Muricami (probably spelled the last name wrong). If I'm remember correctly he wanted it to look like an anime but still appeal to kids, hense the big heads and small bodies and the anime style emotes. I'm not sure if people just started naming it this or whatever or he actually came up with the name. Either way I think it's pretty cool.
