Everyone has a bad side. Regardless how much you see it, it's there. Someone's sadism, their malevolence, their ill will, their jealousy, their sadness, it's always there, and it never goes away. It's simply just hidden. In some people more than others. Their bad side may be what you see most of, or may be what you see least of, but there's one thing to remember.

Everyone also has a good side. No matter how much you see it, it's there. And don't say they don't, because there's a reason people do what they do. Even if that reason is "because I like it". That's the way they are, but it's scientifically proven that it's human instinct to help people. It's just things like doubt, insecurity, and uncertainty; all the "probably they won't..."s or the "they already hate me."s and the "what if..."s that stop us. And that's fine.
