Good, Neutral, & Evil

Starfire: Lawful Good
Starfire is entirely loyal to the side of good. She stands by the side of light and her friends to the end and will always try to do the right thing. However, she never goes as far as to break any rules. She does not wish to delve into the realm of deception in order to have a good outcome, believing that good people do good things and good things get good results.

Robin: Neutral Good
Robin, as the leader of the team, is dedicated to justice. But in his enforcement of justice he isn't afraid to get his hands dirty, as the Red X costume  and his apprenticeship represents. All this though, is for his team and for the ideals he stands for.

Beast Boy & Cyborg: Chaotic Good
These two will protect welfare, good, and justice, in any way possible. Even if it ends up being a bit destructive, they never mean any harm or negativity towards friends or their driving force. They simply have a different way of expressing it.

Raven: Lawful Neutral
Raven's past has caused her to tend to remain neutral to many situations. Her upbringing being very negative to the point of "being evil" but being good with good intentions at heart. Now though, although on a team, she still tends to remain neutral, not taking one side or the other, or doing what she deems best in the situation. Again, because of her past, she also is not willing to go breaking any rules of any kind.

Terra: True Neutral
After her "resurrection" she doesn't want anything to do with anything remotely good or bad. She just wants to be a normal teen not involved with anything, going to school and getting good grades. Being good or bad doesn't matter to her nor does she wish to get involved.

Red X: Chaotic Neutral
X can be considered a villain, but he states multiple times to do things that are in his best intrest, regardless of whether it's helping the side of good or evil. Also he doesn't really care about any kind of collateral damage he might cause.

Blackfire: Lawful Evil
Ironically, eventhough she hates her sister, Blackfire doesn't exactly do anything that bad when she deals with Star. We don't really know what she did to get thrown in jail, but every attempt seems to be adhering to the preconception of good. She comes to Earth as a "visit" then tries to get Starfire married to Gshdkelech (or whatever it is) which is as per the law of Tamaran. In the end, Starfire still needed to be queen regardless. That doesn't change the fact though that she has malice to her entire family and anyone affiliated with them.

Slade: Neutral Evil
He is Robin's arch enemy, but some of his choices don't make a lot of sense based on his previous actions. Like being a powerful ringleader and being demoted to a mere pawn and still enjoying it. He's evil, that's for sure, but he has a rather weird way of doing it.

Trigon: Chaotic Evil
He is the King of Evil, hands down. He is all but afraid to cause some collateral to reach his malevolent goal. Sacrificing his own daughter just to come and be able to destroy the world and taking over the universe being just one example we know of.
