So as you could probably tell we had a crap ton of snow. Over a foot. School's been cancelled today and tomorrow. Some branches have fell around my family's houses but luckily no branches have fallen near me. The power has gone out 3 times and it's kind of scary. I'm not scared of the dark or anything but the sound of the lights coming on and going off is just unnerving.
This is the second noreaster in 5 days and you literally cannot drive. That first photo is a picture of my street and the last is a picture of my backyard.
Get this: see that third photo with the branch? That branch was only a few inches from my window a few hours ago, around 3 PM and if I didn't have a screen over it I could touch the damn thing. Now it's so low. I'm honestly suprised it didn't break. It's 8:16 and it's still not broken.
Luckily it's stopped snowing. At least for now. This is the one time I'm going to say that I don't want it to snow again as my mom is out there shovelling snow and I seriously don't want any branches to snap.
