It was all a blur. I hear sirens, the chatter of people, and saw the darkness of the night sky. The wanting to call out for help seems impossible. My chest feels like being pinned down with weights. I can't feel my legs. I was scared that I can't walk ever again. I gave up. I blacked out.

I was on the bike again. I crashed again. I see myself crashing and rolling on the road. I woke up and my heart beats faster. Dad called the doctor. The doctor came in and shone his flashlight to my left eye first, then the right. It was morning already. The first question I asked was, "Is the bike okay?" Dad said it was in a bad condition. Thank God people made warranties. I then realized that my right arm is filled with bruises and got a consolation prize of a injured ankle from the accident. Great. Real great.

Later that day, a few guys from school came and of course, Juliette and her friends came by with them as well to visit dying me. They got me food which is very darn great because the accident made me hungry. You need food to recover right? And who says no to food? Like come on. I talked to the guys and girls about yesterday and noticed that Juliette was always standing behind the crowd. I tried not to care. They all then left. Dad went to the cafeteria to get himself something to eat because I forced him to. I was alone. Doctors, nurses, patients on wheelchairs, and children were passing by my ward. Alex didn't came to visit. My phone had scratches. I tried to call Alex. No answer. I tried again. Again the same thing.

Dad came back with food. I asked dad what happened yesterday. He said, "You blacked out on the way to the hospital they said. I called Juliette and Alex to come and see you." "YOU WHAT?!," I stormed him and then calm myself out because my chest was hurting. "I saw them talking but I didn't know what though. Must be about you. You must be famous," he sarcastically said with a laugh. I didn't laugh but was wondering what were they talking about and why Alex didn't see me.

I was discharged the next day. Home sweet home. Not more than 5 minutes at home, I asked dad If I can take the car out to meet Alex. He wasn't to confident but I gave him promises. I called Alex but she didn't answer. I knocked on the door of her house. Her mom greeted me with a worried face. She asked if I was okay as she saw the scratch marks on my arm. I answered her question and asked for Alex. I went to Alex's room as she said Alex was in her room.

I knocked on the door to her room. The door opened. "Hey I tried to call you. Where have you been?," I asked with a concern. She didn't answer.  "Hello? Earth to Alex?," I played the fool  trying to get her attention. Still she ignored me. She then put on her earphones on and listen to the songs in her iPod. Raged, I yanked the earphones off the iPod. She got mad. "Why did you do that?! I was still listening to it you idiot!" "If you answered my question, I wouldn't do that you know." "Fine. You want the answer? I was home crying thinking you would die but no, you went to see a girl and ditched our dinner. What the fuck?," she went beserk and pushed me down. Streams of tears came out of her eyes. I sat on the floor, head down. "So how then?," i asked with a soft tone. "Let's just break up."
