Lord Vader walked through the bridge on the Imperial Star Destroyer, his cloak flowing behind him, his stance tall and dignified. Although everything was as it usually was, it was not. Vader had felt something in the Force, one of the most powerful disturbances he had ever felt. Yet, he felt something else within it... a change, someone had turned to the dark side.
He walked through to the back of the bridge, where the communications relay was situated, and ordered all the Imperial troops to vacate it. "Clear the bridge," and a few seconds later, Vader was the only one left. The doors in front of him closed and the lights dimmed. He knelt down on one knee, his breathing was the only sound in the room until a gentle hum from the communications relay began to play.
"Lord Vader," the voice said slowly, sounding old and crackly like an electric generator running out of power. Vader dips his head even further before speaking. "I take it you have felt the recent disturbance in the Force?"
"I have."
"And yet I sense something more to this disturbance than originally perceived. It is old, and it is of the dark side."
"Indeed master, yet I am not sure what could cause such a powerful awakening ."
"If there is one thing to be sure of, this power is ancient, far older than any Jedi or Sith we know of, my friend."
Vader lifted his head slightly, and after a moments silence, the voice spoke again. "Take the fleet to Korriban, it is there we shall find our answer."
Vader was confused by this conclusion. "Why Korriban, Master? The world has been desolate for thousands of years." The voice gave a small cackle through the transmission. "I think you will find, Lord Vader, that even after all these years under my teachings, you still have many things to learn about the dark side of the Force." The voice cackled again, louder this time before the transmission ended, leaving Vader alone on one knee, the way he always addressed his Master, alone in a place void of light.

"Ezra, it is time you knew the truth." Nyla addressed him, with chains jammed into his wrists, making him sit on his knees with his arms pulled behind him. "The place you call Yavin 4 holds a secret. One that has been buried for centuries." The chains shocked every few seconds with a soft charge of electricity, making him jerk slightly. "The Alliances headquarters... what secrets could such a place hold?"
The chains shocked him again. "They are home to a spirit, an ancient Sith soul that has slumbered there for thousands of years, and at the heart of the Temple is where my lightsaber lies."
"If you knew where the Saber was all this time why not just retrieve it yourself?" Ezra asked, which clearly irritated the Sith Lord.
"I have only just begun to regain my power from my long hibernation on this wretched planet. Now, no more questions, the spirit is powerful, and only two, no more no less, can complete the puzzles within that will lead us to our prize. The Alliance will be destroyed, the Empire will be yours and I will use my lightsaber for its original purpose, which you will find out soon enough.
"Yes," Ezra growled. "Now, do you accept your purpose?" Nyla spread her arms out and looked at Ezra directly in the eyes. "Darth Kronus." Ezra's eyes glowed a bright yellow, and an angry yet determined expression spread across his face.

"I will destroy anyone, who stands in my way."

Authors note

Ok, so the last couple of chapters have been pretty short compared to the rest, but as soon as I'm done setting up stuff they'll be back to the usual length of over 1000 words. Also, let me know what you think of Ezra's Sith name, I'm not too sure of it but I think it could work.
