Annie's POV
i'm hanging out with Hayden today. i'm scared he's going to treat me different. He's the only one who knows about my cutting.
"Annie!" Hayden yells, i run out of my room and he's in the hallway. i hug him
"want to go roller skating?" he asks raising an eyebrow. i nod and i run to my room and grab my phone. we walk out and get into his car. he opens the door for me. i smile and we head to the rink.
"we are here!" Hayden says putting the car into park. we get out and go inside. we walk up to the counter and i look over and see someone i never thought i would ever see again. Brennan. Before we moved me and Brennan were dating. he was so amazing until he started drinking and doing drugs. i was at his house one night and i was waiting for him to come home from out with his friends. he came back high and drunk. he was throwing things at me and non stop kissing me. he told me if i said anything to anyone something bad will happ- i was cut off by Hayden. "Annie!?" he says waving his hand in front of my face. "Oh hey sorry i was thinking!" i reply. "Ok. anyway. what size are you?" he asks. "i'm size 7" i say.
we get out to the rink and it was just us and um. well Brennan. Hayden doesn't know about Brennan. and i don't think Brennan sees me or notices me. thank god.
